The accommodation building has excellent infrastructure, including a swimming pool, laundry room and gym. The accommodation is just an 11-minute walk from Allianz Parque, the venue for Palmeiras games and major events, a 9-minute walk from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural symbol that brings together cultural activities, workshops and sports courts, in addition to being a 9-minute walk from Bourbon Shopping Mall, surrounded by markets, shops and restaurants, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay!
ℹ️ Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.
Note 1: It is MANDATORY to submit a photo of each guest in advance with a white background to grant access. Failure to submit a photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation.
Note 2: The kitchen sink faucet has two functions: pulling the lever back dispenses filtered water. Pulling it forward dispenses dishwater.
Note 3: The GO Platô building was completed less than a year ago, and some neighboring units are still undergoing renovations during business hours. Therefore, there may be noise during the day. We value transparency and appreciate your understanding.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.
⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3pm and our check-out time is before 11am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
⚠️ For each reservation, we offer 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
