Good place to stay for leisure, because I couldn't work, the internet at my room reminded me to the early 2000's. 6Mpbs speed, tried lots of things following staff guidence, but then gave up and went to the office.

São Paulo Perfection

It was a wonderful stay in the Moema with excellent bars and a particularly wonderful restaurant half a block away! Everything was clean and functional. The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated! Three elevators for quick service. The staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Point better to change

In safe area, Super noisy hotel ever first. Airport is very near to the hotel and they run it from 6 - 22:00. Window has no sound proof and lots of noisy traffic in the street. No vacuum cleaning during my stay. Shower head is super dirty(pinkish water dirt) Poor counter (asked 4 times for fixing TV issue)

No anúncio, diz que o quarto standard possui smart tv, porém quando cheguei, o quarto não tinha. Falei com a recepção que disse que iria verificar e depois sumiu. A piscina é bem menor do que na foto e a limpeza da água é razoável. Só tem duas espreguiçadeiras. Os aparelhos da academia são bem antigos. O quarto é limpo e banheiro també.m. No entanto, não tinha uma coberta mais grossinha em caso de frio. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Realmente é a melhor parte da hospedagem. Para quem faz staycation, não recomendo este hotel, pois não tem mtos serviços e os que tem deixam a desejar, com exceção do café da manhã, que é ótimo.
