Unfortunately I did not choose the right hotel to stay in São Paulo with a two years old kid. Our stay was of 6 days in there. I could not make a bottle as they don’t have baby station area to wash up bottles and make fresh ones. The cleaning ladies are nice but they don’t clean everyday. In the reception the staffs seams not happy with their jobs there was one lady that was kind Stephani. In Alphaville there are so many options of good hotels to stay next time I will definitely not choose Confort Suits.

Melhor quarto de todos os hotéis da Região! Limpeza e conforto incríveis! Infelizmente o café da manhã apesar de gostoso é bem comum, pelo porte do hotel, senti falta de uma estação de tapioca e omeletes.. vi que estavam em reformas, tomara que melhorem isso pra ficar completo!

Falta de energia no hotel (manutenção).

Chegamos no hotel cansados, após 7 hs de viagem (RJ x SP), às 2:00 hs da manhã, e o hotel estava sem energia elétrica, para uma manutenção programada, e não nos informaram sobre essa manutenção em momento algo, por nenhum canal de comunicação. E o apto que reservaram para nós, era no 24º andar, e teríamos q subir de escada com malas, porque o elevador já não estava mais funcionando com o gerador. Tivemos que arrumar outro hotel para passarmos a noite, as 2 hs da manhã e muito cansados após 7 hs de viagem. Que transtorno nos causaram. Imagine se tivéssemos com as nossas filhas, como seria!? Solicitamos o estorno ao hotel. Se puder nos ajudar, agradeceremos! Abraços

Experiência ruim

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi ruim !!! Primeiramente o quarto era gelado e não possui aquecedores ou ar condicionado quente/frio. O chuveiro até tinha uma boa pressão da água, porém a água não esquentava de forma adequada. Durante a madrugada fomos acordados com um cheiro horrível de enxofre vindo pela tubulação do ar condicionado. Fomos transferidos para um outro quarto por volta das 3h30 e aí sim conseguimos dormir mais algumas horas. Por estes motivos infelizmente minha experiência não foi agradável!!! Já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede Atlântica e Radisson que foram bons, mas infelizmente no Alphaville esteve abaixo das expectativas.
