I had a great experience staying at Charlie for You Eucaliptos. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Eucaliptos metro station and right next to Shopping Ibirapuera. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes in the area, which makes it super convenient whether you’re here for work or leisure. The building itself is modern, clean, and secure. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable, with a nice balance of style and functionality. It’s clear that the place is well-maintained. Definitely a great option for anyone looking to stay in one of São Paulo’s best neighborhoods!

Nice stay as usual

Property is walking distance of basically everything, includind a subway station. Apartment has a great view and it's confortable enough, but nothing extraordinary. Only complains are that the door keycode sometimes goes crazy and it takes a little longer to code in and open the door; also the FaceID system to let us in the building wasn't working for Charlie customers which caused delays and constant revalidations to access the building.

This property is on an excellent location. The unit I stayed at needs better cleaning specifically in the bathroom and in the kitchen. maintenance is also needed: the ac in the living room is leaking and that water is coming directly over the sofa. Additionally, the team in charge must ensure to provide the basic things included in the contract, as for example bedding for the # of guests registered. We were three guests and we only received items for two, including towels, blankets, and kitchen forks.

Rooms had a lot of dust. Construction from 830 until the afternoon everywhere, people drilling the walls early in the morning. Internet not working properly and building is exactly in the plane's landing path. Besides that, their entry system was not working properly and we had to wait outside the building late at night until they could let us in.

Lots still to iron out

The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring numbers and give error. Multiple failed attempts trying to open the door every time which was very frustrating. 4. Very loud sound from airplanes flying overhead all day from 5am to midnight. 5. Extended my stay the last day, and they did not extend access to the building as well, which left me locked out of the building for several minutes. Overall nice, but many things left to iron out.

The room and the facility seemed cleaned. Didn't have any issues with anything except getting locked out of my room but was easily remedied by waiting a few minutes and reentering the code for the lock.

O hotel é excelente em diversos aspectos como estrutura, organização, tamanho dos apartamentos, atendimento. A gente só teve um problema com a pia do banheiro que demora muito de descer e a fechadura do nosso apartamento as vezes dava uma bugada (precisa fazer manutenção mais vezes do equipamento). Fora isso, não tenho do que me queixar. Também é muito bem localizado perto do aeroporto de Congonhas e com uma estação de metrô e shopping ao lado
