Tudo correu dentro do esperado. Mais relevante é a localização e um restaurante anexo , com bom preço. Ponto a ser comentado , quem deixa chateado é a falta de sensibilidade em relação horário de check in. Não é uma reclamação pois estava no acordado ,mas um desabafo , já é um absurdo pagar por 24 h e ter direito a 22h, erro que está senão corrigido pelo congresso. Mas chegamos 1h e 30 m antes e por conta de passeio meu check out seria 5h antes. Seria bem confortável para nós , uma antecipação,que fosse alguns minutos ,mas o hotel não teve essa sensibilidade e liberou o quarto as14h. Viajo bastante ,e em muitos hotéis isso não foi problema. Mas é a visão de cada empresário , da mesma forma que o hotel não disponibiliza agua na recepção, custo mínimo para uma recepção calorosa. Uma jarra saborizada ou mesmo uma água simples para chegada dos hóspedes . Detalhe mínimo que me faz não repetir a estada no hotel. Viva a concorrência. Obrigado

O ponto forte foi a localização, frente mar e em frente a uma barraca de praia e ao lado de um excelente restaurante italiano e o tamanho do apto que fiquei. Os aptos mais baixos apresentaram cheiro de mofo, porém eu pedi pra trocar e conseguiram um melhor pra mim no terceiro andar . O cafe da manhã estava bom e a qualidade do banho foi boa .

O hotel é muito bem localizado e possui estacionamento gratuito com vagas rotativas. O quarto é amplo e camas novas e confortáveis. Já o box do banheiro estava com aspecto sujos, devido as lajotas serem antigas e os rejuntes estarem encardidos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muita variedade. A equipe do restaurante/café da manhã é incrível. Destaco a colaborado Glória que sempre nos recebia com um sorriso no rosto e muita alegria! A piscina é boa, mas no período que estive (4 diárias) não houve nenhuma limpeza. A água estava extremamente suja, imunda. Fiquei com nojo após entrar e ver as condições da água. No mais, o hotel é excelente pedida. Voltaria me hospedar novamente.

Um bom hotel para famílias

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, o café é muito bom mais precisa dar uma variada , fiquei uma semana e todos os dias foram as mesmas coisas. As meninas do café muito simpáticas sempre com um sorriso do rosto. Uma observação é quanto aos travesseiros muitos ruins .

Alguns funcionários são extremamente educados e outros ríspidos. Ao ligar o ar condicionado a televisão ligava. Falei com uma funcionária sobre a questão e ela respondeu: é desse jeito, mas vc não precisa ligar e desligar o ar toda hora. Falei c outro funcionário que ficou de verificar o ocorrido e foi super solícito. Limpeza do apto e banheiro é péssima. Deixei toalha no chão para ser trocada e qd cheguei a toalha estava estendida no banheiro. A toalha é de péssima qualidade.
