The property was generally okay, the room compact but functional. The shower was luke warm at best. Our main complaint was on checkout. As we had a late flight we asked if we could have a late checkout but an instant response without checking was no, the room is already allocated. We asked if we could sit by the pool after checkout and the instant response was "no way". After asking to speak to the manager, we where permitted to sit in the rooftop pool area (that was otherwise empty).

Hospedagem tranquila e bem assistida

Fiquei hospedado no Hotel Ilha Costeira e tive uma boa experiência. O atendimento foi atencioso e prestativo – meu quarto inicialmente estava com problema no ar-condicionado, mas prontamente fizeram a troca e resolveram a situação de forma eficiente. O café da manhã, embora simples, era bem servido e estava dentro do esperado. O Wi-Fi funcionava bem dentro do quarto, o que facilitou bastante durante a estadia. A localização do hotel também é um ponto positivo, com fácil acesso a várias regiões da cidade. No geral, é uma boa opção para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, com bom custo-benefício e um atendimento que se preocupa em resolver eventuais imprevistos.
