What a unique experience to watch the stunning Santorini sunset from your own private infinity pool. We also enjoyed our prix fixe gourmet dinner at the Fly Away restaurant. Great location if you like peace and hiking as the hotel is located on the Fira — Oia hiking trail.

Epic views, wonderful staff, and very quite location. Wish we could've used the infinity pool more, but strict pool hours made it challenging. Highly recommend to guests who are looking for a luxury stay in Santorini.

It’s a 5 star experience in the most beautiful setting with incredible views, without the crowds. Privacy plays a big role here. Loved everything… the room, the views, the pool, the food, the breakfast and mostly the amazing people working there. Will miss them.

Just got back from a week at West-East resort on Santorini and could not be happier with our stay. Going in early October put us just outside of high season so the crowds were a little lighter than normal (not a bad thing) and we had a lot of West-East to ourselves along with just handful of other guests and loved it. First, the location is fantastic. Being in Imerovigli rather than Oia or Fira was perfect for us. West-East is right on the trail between the two making the walk/hike to either very manageable (and we did both). Being very central on caldera provided the perfect, classic Santorini views and sunsets. Next, the Fly Away staff was awesome! Both Christina (manager and Sommelier) and Christos (Executive Chef) were very present, welcoming, and super engaging. We were there for the island's wines (and our 35th anniversary) and they were spot on with the wine suggestions and food pairings. Not cheap but you get value for what you pay for. Finally, the rest of the staff - from the front desk to the bar tenders and wait staff - went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make everything go smoothly. Highly recommended.

Once we arrived to this hotel the entire personnel were very welcoming. I traveled with my wife, our son and daughter in-law and we all were amazed by the attentions of Fay and the entire team. We rented a vehicle and drove the entire island and got to say that we are delighted that we chose West East Suites. This hotel has the best location and views in the island. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends and definitively I would be happy to return.

Efter to døgn på nogle af Santorinis mere eksklusive hoteller ankom vi til West East Suites. Hotellet i sig selv er ikke blandt de mest spektakulære på øen, og værelserne og faciliteterne er ganske fine uden at skille sig markant ud. Det, der virkelig gør opholdet værd at huske, er personalet. Fra receptionen til restauranten blev vi mødt med en varme, opmærksomhed og service, som var på et ægte 5-stjernet niveau. Hele teamet gjorde en oprigtig indsats for, at vi følte os velkomne gennem hele opholdet. Morgenmaden var velsmagende med et godt udvalg, og faciliteterne var helt i orden. Men hotellets absolut største trækplaster er udsigten. Her oplevede vi uden tvivl den smukkeste solnedgang på hele Santorini – panoramaudsigten over calderaen er ganske enkelt spektakulær og alene turen værd. Hvis du prioriterer en uforglemmelig solnedgang kombineret med en service i absolut topklasse, er West East Suites et hotel, jeg varmt kan anbefale.
