A taste of history. Built in the late 1800's once, the village's bakery and later served as a workshop where wooden fishing boats were built. Later this space served as a family home to the only remaining boat builder on the island, who began his craft at the age of 11, down in the port of Armeni just below Oia, and continues to work on the island today.
