this property is a wonderful, pretty, clean hotel with large family suite style units. the staff is very accommodating. it is far from Oia and the traditionally touristic sites and the pools are quite cold but clean and beautiful. the beach is steps away with a very neat cliff that everyone can jump from for some adventure.

Alexandra the host at the luxury suites was amazing! So helpful, so friendly, couldn’t have hoped for any better service! She recommended and organised booking a dinner for us at Rizez in Fira which was amazing, the best meal we had, she had great suggestions all trip! Hotel was perfect location 2 minute walk from the beach and the strip of bars and restaurants along the beachfront, everything you needed to not leave the area, plus the bus stop was right outside the hotel for a 15 minute bus into most of the popular tourist towns nearby! Breakfast was great, service was great and the luxury rooms were amazing! Absolutely nothing it complain about! Hats off also for the frozen liquid outside the pint glasses keeping your beers by the pool freezing cold until you finished them, they seemed to have a great finishing touch to everything!

The service and the room were magnificent! Multiple pool areas, felt like we had our own private pool. Everything else 5 stars, the breakfast is around 4 stars, the fruit selection there was very nice though.

The resort all the way around was amazing. From our beautiful room to the various amenities. The staff was top tier. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. The pools, spa, and gym were clean and amazing. The breakfast buffet was good. A short walk to the beach. The staff provided assistance with arranging taxis and made great restaurant recommendations. Great location!! Would definitely recommend this resort 10/10. Countless moments that made us glad we chose this resort.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all turns. They were organized and had my transportation to the hotel ready at the airport when my flight landed. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable. 2 minute walk to the beach, it was wonderful! Definitely recommend

We had a brilliant stay at Kastelli. The staff went above and beyond to cater for us. Breakfast was a wide selection with a small gluten free selection of cake/crackers. It would have been brilliant to have fresh juice but other than this i couldn’t fault the breakfast especially for a vegetarian. The resort assisted us with taxis/airport transfers and it was smooth. We stayed in a Luxury swim-up suite and it was worth the money. You basically have the pool to yourself as it is only shared with a select few of the other guests. No sun bed wars! We also made use of room service was we thought was an affordable rate and in some ways cheaper than some of the restaurants in Kamari! Thank you for a wonderful stay Kastelli!

This has been my 3rd visit to Santorini Kastelli and it was amazing as ever! I was welcomed on arrival by the manager who upgraded my room to a lovely room with 3 balconies! The property is stunning and immaculately clean ! It was a joy to be there to experience the hotel! I had a wonderful spa set of treatments and the staff at all times were friendly and professional!! I would recommend highly and will be back for a 4th visit!
