We stayed in the studio with jacuzzi, although it was small we had everything we needed. Mary was amazing she set up transportation and she had porters waiting to help us with our luggage, she assisted with all our needs promptly. Breakfast was delivered to our room, we had an expresso machine in our room which made our day!! Views were amazing!!!!!

Property was infested with mosquitoes. Even asked for bug spray to rid of ants that were on our bed. Also the walls were covered with dead mosquitoes. They were not cleaned except when asked one time but still not all the way. The host was difficult to work with. Was not very clear with instructions because she did not explain why she needed information, it was confusing. The view was spectacular but room was very terrible. Will not stay there again if we came back. Also, be prepared for large crowds gathered near your room from all the tourists from the cruise ships which made it very difficult to get around. Also we had to fight with the host and office to get our continental breakfast, which clearly stated on Expedia that it was included. Therefore we missed our first days breakfast.

our stay at santoroia luxury suite by caldera houses was an absolute letdown. for two full days, we had no hot water in our shower, which was completely unacceptable, especially after long days at beaches, pools, and hot tubs. we informed the staff repeatedly, and yet, the issue was never fixed. only on the last night did they offer us another room to shower—something they should have done immediately. when we asked for compensation, their response was infuriating. they told us the use of a vacant room on the last night of our stay so that we could shower was all they could offer, and their “compensation” ended with a bottle of wine. to make matters worse, their excuse for not offering anything better was that it was low season, and our $350 room was considered cheap compared to their usual rates. this was not only disrespectful but also completely unreasonable. we didn’t pay for an inconvenience, and were treated with indifference instead of respect. for the high price we paid, this was a disgraceful lack of service and accountability. this is not luxury, and it’s clear they don’t care about their guests once they’ve taken your money. do yourself a favor and find somewhere that actually delivers on its promises.

We liked the view from the suite and the breakfast every morning. We did not like the fly and ant problems. Also we had intermittent power outages throughout the stay.

The property itself was in great location, but we did not have hot water at all. We were in communication with person in charge Mary, but they could not solve the problem. They sent three technician and still no hot water to take shower. We had to leave and get another place to stay for the rest of our trip.

Our studio was perfect. The views, the location (right below the three Blue Domes), the jacuzzi and daily breakfasts were beyond our expectations. I would only caution other future occupants there are lots of stairs, so very hard for immobility impaired vacationers. The porter that helped us everyday was also amazing, as well as Mary. Thank you for the most amazing stay ever in Santorini.

The location was beautiful and the view amazing in the middle of the cliff. The cave room is nice and clean. However, at arrival there was no reception in the hotel only the porters took our baggages and led us to the room.There are like 80 stairs to reach the room which is also not numbered and hard to reach. We could communicate with the hostess only by whatsapp and she would not reply promptly most of the time. There was no hot water in our room. They brought the breakfast at a fixed time every morning at 8:30 and everyday the eggs were very cold to eat. Our pool was very small and no place to tan.
