Best Hotel In Santorini !!!

From the moment we arrived it felt like we were in paradise. From the incredible service from all the staff to the delightful room and amenities, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. With a short walk to get into the main town Fira or a very friendly transfer arranged by the hotel, Onyx is in a prime spot to have a very peaceful stay and still feel close to the hustle and bustle. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely small hotel but a little remote for us . 20 minute walk into Fira then a 30 min bus ride to Oia . Hot tub on our terrace was extremely small and room was quite small . We would stay in Oia next time . Thank you Victoria for arranging breakfast as we left before breakfast at the hotel was open at 8 am .

Amazing hotel experience. Everybody was very friendly, willing to help with anything we needed. Would definitely go back in the same hotel . Location also perfect, very close to the airport and to Fira centre, and to Oia as well. At night though you can sleep in peace because it’s quiet. I can mention only positive things during our stay.

Was very happy with our stay at Onyx Hotel. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. Service was excellent. Denisa and Victoria at the front desk, were so helpful from setting up airport transfer pick up/ drop offs, to making suggestions for local eats, and dinner reservations. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided with our stay. Spirro was kind and attentive, made great suggestions to where we should go. Hotel, room and pool very clean. Great quiet location. 10 min walk to the bus stop. From the bus stop, about 10-15 mins ride to Fira. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Hotel and great staff. The 2 ladies at the reception were so lovely and polite, Denisa and Victoria were very helpful. 20 minute walk from the Fira city centre and all the restaurants. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was also nice. Highly recommend, very clean as well.

We had a very nice stay at Onyx. Everybody at the hotel are so friendly and helpful and they do a lot to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed our room, the pool and the tasty breakfast.

Very clean, well maintained... we had an excellent experience. The reception staff was extraordinarily helpful even in ordering food to the room, booking trips (their recommendation turned out to be our best day sunset boat/cruise trips ever). Every staff member - including the housekeeping, bartender, breakfast manager were very warm, friendly. Made us feel at home!

We booked here last minute I. The beginning of May to celebrate my birthday. The room was amazing as was the pool area. The staff and owners were great to recommend places to go, places to eat, and things to do. They booked our sunset boat tour for my birthday, arranged a rental car and even explained the bus schedule to us so we could use the bus too. They had information for the hike to Oia for us to use while hiking. It was a wonderful stay in a super nice place with some awesome staff and owners! I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect hotel…you won’t be disappointed!

Onyx Hotel was fabulous! Neat, clean and comfortable, we had a pool view room which was lovely. Staff were very helpful with booking our yacht cruise and booking taxis too.
