My family and I have just got back from 10 fantastic days in Santorini, where we stayed at the fabulous Onyx Hotel and Suites. I honestly don’t know where to start with this hotel as there are some many positives about our time here. To summarise, an absolute 10/10 hotel - completely made by its staff and their efforts to make sure you are cared for and relaxed. We could not recommend highly enough for people/families looking for a relaxing holiday with a personal touch. Thank you to everyone at Onyx.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. It was refreshing to see the staff cleaning the pool early in the morning, which showed how well the property is maintained. Although the hotel is a little away from Fira town, it offers excellent value for money. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

Quiet area and close drive to the towns. Easy check-in and check-out, receptionist was very informative about the area and recommended places to go. Breakfast was very good and the man serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful, would help with anything you needed. (His homemade banana bread was delicious.) Rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend!

The resort is relatively new and well maintained. The staff was out thoroughly cleaning the facility every morning early. The staff was helpful with getting taxis or anything else that we needed. Everyone was friendly. The daily breakfast was simple and delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

Brand new hotel located centrally on the island. The Onyx team is absolutely wonderful. Great breakfast, pool side bar and snacks if you want. So clean and so comfortable. Pool is not heated so if the weather is not agreeable it’s pretty cold to be in it. The staff here are outstanding. Would recommend getting a car because locations is isolated from main spots. Drivers are expensive we paid 25€ one way to Fira which is about a 6-8 minute drive. There is a car rental located right at the hotel- Freedom Rentals. Wonderful time in Santorini.

We had an absolutely amazing week staying at Onyx Hotel in Santorini. The hotel was so clean and we loved our room, the hot tub on the balcony felt like such a special luxury. All the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and friendly, and so happy to help us with anything we needed and wanted to help us to make our stay extra special. We really enjoyed the short walk into Fira every day, and found the location absolutely perfect for us - especially being out of the way of the busier areas. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone ☺️
