Excellent family stay

Amazing property that feels very private and away from the crowds. Gorgeous ocean views from every villa and excellent helpful staff to help you with whatever you need. There’s a trail that allows you to walk directly into the heart of Oia and takes only 10 minutes. Great stay for a family of 4 adults and one child. Super safe and quiet and you’ll be able to see the Oia sunsets directly from your balcony or private pool/jacuzzi

We were one of three families who each stayed in our own villa on the property. We enjoyed the common space at the pool/bar. The property was clean/well maintained. The staff were responsive and wonderful at helping to book transfers/cabs as needed. There are not many amenities right on site - however, we were able to order food to be brought in (the breakfast was very good value), and Oia is conveniently about 5-10 walk (some uphill) on a stone walking path/away from traffic.

Beautiful clean property and friendly service-Pavlo was great at welcoming and orienting us. Diamond Villa was beautiful- great view. Very sweet welcome basket and we appreciated the sweet parting gift. Ammoudi bay- and Oia although a little far was walkable -15 minutes. You really need a car for the area.

Beautiful stay at Oia Sunset Villas!

We had a magical, wonderful stay at Oia Sunset Villas- The Pearl. My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters loved the villa and the entire property. These handful of villas are perched on the tip of Oia with beautiful views and a short, easy walk up to the main area with shops and food. Our villa was exactly as described and we did not want to leave. And the staff - Stella, Anna and Paval- all were so kind and attentive, helping us access excursions, trips, and dinner reservations. I also had a health scare when on the island and had to go to the hospital- they helped us navigate that and Stella even checked in on my daughters while my husband and I were at the ER. They were so kind. I would book again- the pools, the short walk to town, and beautiful views were so special. Thank you Oia Sunset Villas!

Stunning views and lovely property

A friend and I came to the island for a fun trip. Which is what we had! The Oia Sunset Villa made our stay enjoyable and lined up transportation to and from the airport (for a fee). Our driver was so kind and suggested places to visit while in Santorini. We stayed in the Topaz and the accommodations were comfortable! The Villa offers shared pools, walk up bar and we noticed you could even get massages. The view of the sunset and the sea were stunning! The staff was all friendly that we interacted with. You can tell they want to make your experience special.

We loved our 4 bedroom villa with our own pool and hot tub! The property was far enough from Oia to be nice and quiet but also close enough to walk to. I’m not sure why the other reviews said the walk was bad, but it was only a 10 minute walk to Oia on a paved/lit walkway. We felt safe everytime we walked it and we had 3 kids with us. The staff were amazing. The receptionists, especially the one who works at night (didn’t get her name), was very friendly and attentive. It was a lot cheaper to order food from the hotel and have it delivered (free of charge) to our room. The food was good and so were the drinks, especially the $2 shots! We would highly recommend this hotel. Best view of the sunset right from our hotel balcony/on property!

No water...therefore no working amenities.

The property was picturesque, thebsunsets lovely abd property well maintained. It would be 5 star if they had water. Two thirds of the time we were there we had no water, use a bucket to flush the toilets with water taken from the pool. The hot tub jets dont work due to lack of water, no showers either, cant cook again no water. Need to wash clothes, wait no water. The staff was nice about it but i would never have booked for that price if they had stated the most important amentities wouldn't work most of the time. The would not make any adjustmebt othe than give bottled water when most amenties failed without water.

While it was nestled away from the main attraction (town of Oia), it offered our family an opportunity to take in the beautiful scene, escape from reality and when we wanted to enter the chaos (Oia and all the tourists), it was a simple 10 minute walk.
