Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Poor communication and advertising.

There was poor communication through email as host did not respond in time. Not very convenient location as it is far from the port and any major city. We were not provided the free shuttle service that was advertised from the port to the facility and there is also no laundry facilities at this location which was also advertised. Communication only improved after We tried to talk through WhatsApp. Overall would not recommend this place. They tried selling us a package deal for a sunset tour but was overpriced compared to the tour we already booked.

Très bel appartement, confortable, très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le village, qui est moins touristique que Fira, ce qui permet d’apprécier le quotidien des locaux. Il est assez facile de se déplacer, le bus passe aux 30 minutes pour aller à Fira et de Fira on peut aller partout. Yiota a été très accueillante, s’informant afin de s’assurer que nous n’avions besoin de rien; elle nous a donné de bons conseils pours une excursion et à négocié pour nous un taxi pour notre départ à l’aéroport. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
