Guest House Zephyros is one of 7 villas (plus the owners’ residence) grouped in a new, beautiful holiday resort in Santorini. This private complex spreads over 6000 square meters and it is located in the countryside of Santorini, in a very quiet area, amid the vineyards and farms, only 400 meters away from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, where you will find a small fishermen port and a beachside tavern, where guests can taste fresh fish and local dishes.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villas can be rented all together, which is ideal for weddings, family gatherings, big groups of friends, or separately, in fact each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except one), large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities and parking space.
The location is quite out of hand (Fira town, with its nightlife, shops and entertainments is about 3 km far), that’s why a car is recommended, since there are not many connections by public transportation (2 buses a day) and it’s not easy to get a taxi (in particular during the peak of the season).
Anyway, it is useful to know that included in the rental price of the villas, there is also a car that guests will have at their disposal during the whole stay.
Guest House Zephyros is on one level, it can accommodate up to 2 guests and it has 1 bedroom (with queen size bed), kitchenette, living room and 1 bathroom with shower.
The seating area and the kitchen are open plan and from there you can enjoy beautiful sea views thanks to a large picture window. Also the bedroom has a large window with sea view.
Outside there is the private pool, provided with sunbeds and umbrella and a patio with BBQ and there you can sunbathe and relax admiring the fantastic view.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: 14:00 Checkout: 10:00
A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The rental price is inclusive of:
Arrival and departure transfer from/to the airport or port
Daily buffet breakfast in the restaurant of the residence
Daily housekeeping
Concierge service
Free Wi Fi
All travelers need to pay an “overnight tax” of 7 euro per night apon their check out. The above mentioned rates do not include this tax. The Hotel will charge and receive the relevant amount directly from the guests

The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.

Romantic getaway

Everything perfect in every way. Can’t wait to return. Nothing was a problem. First class service from lovely friendly people. Amazing location albeit ‘out of the way’ but not an issue with the car provided.
