Welcome to Little Rock Villa - Oia.
Our cave house offers a luxurious Greek escape for those seeking romance, family bonding or a getaway with friends.
Established in 2005, our completely private villa accommodates from 2-5 guests and boasts two incredible newly renovated patios with breathtaking views for you to savor the mediterranean atmosphere.
Relish the views and soak up the sun, or cool off in our recently built plunge pool offering unparalleled views of the caldera. Little rock villa also offers a fully self contained and equipped kitchen with all necessities for your convenience. You will love it!

Amazing stay!! Host is so accommodating - from arranging pickup from airport and transportation to the ferry port. Views are amazing. Location amazing. They even left us some snacks and wine!! Great way to start our honeymoon in Greece! Would definitely stay here again.

The view!

A spectacular view from a chic little apartment. Perfect for a couple or small family. The steps to and from the apartment are somewhat steep and busy with tourists, but the destination is worth the journey. Sadib the porter was a godsend for our bags and Nicholas was the consummate host.

I wept with joy

I’ve traveled the world and seen some amazing places, but this place cannot be beat. It was the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The Home was exactly as it looks in the pictures. If not even better getting there was easy you got help. Nicholas was wonderful with communication leading up to this day and throughout it, you are centrally located in the perfect location. This will be your favorite Vrbo of all time if I could buy this cave house today, I would. I’d literally trade my 3000 square-foot home to put my family of five in this gorgeous location. If I could give this 10 stars I would you will not regret booking this stay and then you’ll want to come back. Words of caution there are a lot of steps, so you fear somebody who has a hard time with that Santorini overall is not for you. It’s also lower ceilings in the kitchen so if you’re super tall, just make sure you understand that and there isn’t a ton of hot water, but who needs long showers when you’re in paradise? all of this still equals the perfect vacation of all the time.. I’m so grateful to have been able to experience this home. Book it now.
