「Nice place to stay. Coffee shop not far away and walkable - very nice. Need a car as narrow lanes to get to and no footpaths. Service at breakfast on the 1st morning was slow but that was due to the young girl serving. Not there when we arrived and waited 10 minutes before she appeared. Left dirty dishes on tables when she could have easily removed when bringing other dishes etc...She was friendly enough. 2nd morning, totally different service. Lady on duty was attentive...

「Exceptionally clean apartment. Well stocked, very modern and comfortable. We were in a ground floor apartment, our only slight disappointment was the poor natural light in the lounge area but did not detract from stay. Well located for central Ulverston and pay and display car park across the road.」

「I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful host who showed me to my room and told me about the events of the coming weekend. The pub website says that it can be noisy because they have late night events but up on the second (or was it third floor) it was actually fairly quiet even with the Pride after party going on after midnight. The pub has a small car park that was never full in the week I was there. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Ulverston and within easy walking...
