We can’t say enough about Antonio, he helped us so much. He was always pleasant and willing to give us whatever we needed. We loved all the staff.

There are not many decent options to stay in Aguas Calientes. This hotel is one of the best you can find there. Perfectly located. I strongly recommend to choose a room facing the river. Bathroom needs some renovation and breakfast could have been better, but still overall, a positive experience.
