WARNING

There is a municipal ordinance prohibiting outdoor noise that may disturb neighbors after 10 p.m., so parties or social gatherings in the patio or outside the house after this time are expressly prohibited.

Unfortunately, neighbors are very intolerant and call the police at the first sign of a disturbance, which results in a fine of 3 UTM ($150,000 Chilean pesos), and if the offense is repeated, the judge may increase the fine.

Should any fine or warning be issued, guests will be charged immediately without further notice beyond this announcement, solely as a precautionary measure.

$5.000 CLP will be charged for each damaged or stained towel, and $20.000 CLP for each damaged sheet or piece of bedding.

If you smoke inside the property, you will be charged for an additional full day, which is the minimum time required to air out the space.

Finally, please note that some floor tiles, especially in the kitchen, may appear slightly stained, but these are simply signs of wear and tear over time; we have polished them, and there is no way to repair them, so please don’t think the floor is dirty.
