Nice apartment in the best place of Santiago. It is next to Hotel W, Peru square and El Golf Metro Station. Great location in front of Golf Club "Los Leones", there are around many of the best restaurants in the city. For businesses or tourism trips this apartment is perfect due to its location. We speak English, Spanish and Italian.

The apartment is 517 square foot / 48 square meters. The bedroom has a double bed, double closet, TV-cable and WIFI. The bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer and heater. The apartment has electric radiators for heating and electric thermos of 80 liters for hot water. There are iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

You will find a living room with a table for 4 people and a double sofa convertible into bed, great for kids or any extra guest.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, gas stove and is fully equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker and cooking utensils.
