Middelhotel med god service

Kedelig beliggenhed, men rent og pænt. Receptionen var meget serviceminded. Netforbindelsen dårlig på de værelser, der lå længst væk.

Will not return!

Basic hotel. The beds are not super comfortable and the included breakfast was a joke! The on the pictures nice outdoor terrass was a mess. Not cleaned more a storage for different things. If we had not a 5 day non refundable booking we would have changed hotel!

The single staff member at the front desk in the evening spoke no English at all. A different staff member at the desk the next day spoke marginally more English. The women were pleasant enough but were entirely unfit to staff a hotel's front desk. How can this hotel be in operations when they don't hire staff that speak any English, an international language?! Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their roster.

Hotel nel complesso buono e pulito, personale cortese e nonostante si dividono col ristorante sono bene organizzati per non creare disservizio. Colazione a buffet non ricchissimo ma essenziale e buono. Segnalazione della struttura assente:il navigatore ci aveva portato nella via parallela.

Hübsches Hotel auf dem Land. Gut gepflegt, schöne

Wir blieben zwei Nächte. Gleich gegenüber gibt es ein tolles Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber ok. Leider war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, da kaum englisch gesprochen wurde. Aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es trotzdem.

Excellent hotel in small quiet residential area

We stayed in this excellent hotel after completing the Camino Ingles. We were well looked after by very friendly staff. The location was ideal for us as a place to relax after our pilgrimage journey to Santiago de Compostela.

Atención al cliente inexistente

Dormimos al lado de un generador que se ponía ne marcha cada 30 minutos y no era precisamente silencioso. No nos atendió nadie ni se nos pidió ningún tipo de documentación y más aun encierran a los huéspedes por la noche a cal y canto en el hotel, no me gustaría estar ahí dentro si hay un incendio. Desaconsejable

Hotel muy bueno relación calidad/precio.

Personal muy agradable, habitación amplia, limpia y tranquila. Baño y ducha grandes con hidromasaje. Totalmente recomendable. Nos quedamos con las ganas de comer en el restaurante que nos hablaron maravillas de él, ya que cerraba por vacaciones. Sin duda repetiremos, y me aseguraré que este abierto el restaurante antes, jeje.

Très bon plan.

Nous avons passé 7 jours dans cet hôtel et rien a dire parfait. La chambre était impeccable tous les jours, personnel très sympa. Matelas confortables. Seul bémol, l insonorisation entre les chambres limite. Mais pour le prix à moins de 10 min du centre de Santiago, c est un très bon plan.
