"Enchanting hotel that was evident from the time we drove up to the property and until we departed. "Fantastic views from this parador … needs a bit of TLC in the outside by pool area. Resturant needs to be improved.. dishes not complete from menu. Many produce didn’t arrive on dish. IE rosemary potatoes replaced by couscous!!!! When asked where potatoes were. Just got a shrug and said that they would cook some, half way through course. They did apologise. Will still stay there again Shame about the restaurant, could be so wonderful."
