「I don't believe I realized the age of the home, dueto the recent renovated online photos when I reserved this property. Check-in was easy & it has some unique property moments throughout. The biggest issue was the lack of air circulation, especially throughout the top floor, which made the AC really struggle. We stayed for 3 evenings. When we initially got there, we set the thermostat for 70 with it being 88 outside. The coolest it got on the main floor was low of 72 the following morning, but...

「Excellent for what we need」

「We had a wonderful stay while in town for the week! Clean, bright, and cozy. We were pleased to find a pack-and-play and a high chair at the property, which greatly simplified the travel logistics with our toddler. The house is in a walkable neighborhood close to BYU, downtown Provo, coffee shops, and parks. We are so glad we chose to stay here!」

「This house was perfect for our needs, we stayed an extended period of time and were very comfortable with plenty of space. Our favorite spot was the backyard with the views, the swing-set and the plush grass. The location was super close to the freeway, which made it easy to quickly get to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.」

「This property was great. It was roomy and comfortable. The location is terrific and near the things that want to be done in the area.」

「The property was clean and orderly. There was a different check in time shown on the app than communicated by the host and the host did not respond to our question on it. However, the directions were clear enough in their communication that we killed an extra hour or two in Provo prior to coming.」

「New and very clean property. Owner was very prompt when I had questions about checking in. Easy to get to. Great walking trails behind the property to enjoy the outdoors as well.」

「Unbelievable treehouse! Amenities included fire pit, hot tub and grill. John the host was wonderful. Can’t say enough!」

「Was perfect for 8 adults and one toddler. The toddler especially enjoyed the play kitchen!」

「Communication with the host was efficient and speedy. We loved our stay here. When we arrived, the home was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable weeklong stay. This is an older home, but it has been renovated and everything was clean which was the most important thing to me. This home has been divided into two separate vacation rentals, this wasn’t something that I was aware of based on the description, but it didn’t end up being a problem for us and we couldn’t hear the...
