Superb house with pool - close to Cala Santanyi and Cala Llombards

The house is located 800 meters from the superb Cala Santanyi beach.

It consists of 3 double bedrooms including a master suite, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a terrace, a swimming pool and a large room in the basement where children can play without bothering adults ( note that bunk beds are also available in the basement for helping out or entertaining friends)...

You will find everything you need inside: dishwasher, washing machine, bath towels and beach towels, TV, Wifi, without forgetting the essential equipment in the Balearics: air conditioning, available in every room!

Located in a quiet residential area, it is possible to park in front of the house without any problem.

Please note: 100m from the villa, there is a children's play area, with a football field, basketball hoop and games for children! For adults, there will be a pétanque court located at the same location.

That's it ? are you parked? all you have to do is enjoy this pretty villa with its swimming pool... unless you prefer to sunbathe on one of the sublime fine sandy beaches nearby!

Rundum schön!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool, der für perfekte Entspannung sorgt. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gelungener Urlaub

Beschreibung liest sich echt gut, die Realität sieht dann vor Ort leider ganz anders aus, Teile des Objektes sind in die Jahre gekommen und gehören renoviert. Durchaus ruhige Wohngegend, das Haus liegt an der Ein und Ausfahrt des Wohngebietes, der Überlandbus donnert bis in die Nacht direkt am Haus vorbei. Laut Fewo war Check In nach 15 Uhr, als wir um die Uhrzeit dort angekommen sind, hieß es 16 Uhr, Haus war auch noch nicht fertig geputzt. Am Pool und in der einzigen begehbaren Dusche lösen sich die Fliesen. Die Duschkabine schließt nicht richtig, die Kinder haben jeden Abend Überschwemmung angerichtet. In dem extra bezahlten dritten Schlafzimmer war der elektrische Rollladen kaputt(laut Mitarbeiter der Agentur, dieses Jahr schon mehrfach repariert). Das genannt Spielzimmer im UG hat kein sich nach außen öffenbares Fenster und an einer Außenwand ist ein Wasserschaden. Beim öffnen der Türe kommt einem ein extremer Geruch entgegen, ich vermute es schimmelt in dem Raum, keine Ahnung wer dort spielen oder in dem Stockbett schlafen soll. Fazit als langjährige Mallorcaurlauber Preis Leistung stimmt hier absolut nicht, dritte extra bezahlte Schlafzimmer reine Abzocke. Objekt können wir nicht weiterempfehlen, muss sich der Eigentümer erst wieder positiv Rezessionen kaufen. August 2023, Christian S. aus Baden-Württemberg

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist top mit einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Man sollte in jedem Fall das obere Zimmer mit anmieten. Sehr gut war, dass jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief sehr gut. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Séjour idyllique dans une maison moderne

Excellent séjour dans cette maison moderne avec très agréable terrasse extérieure et belle piscine ensoleillée. La clim est un vrai plus et permet de bien dormir malgré les températures extérieures élevées. Et tout est facilité par nos hôtes : produits de cuisine basiques, tout le linge de maison et même des serviettes pour la piscine! De très bons conseils de Stephan sur les plages aux environs. La proximité de la plage de cala santanyi est un vrai plus, et le quartier est calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Schönes Haus mit Pool in guter Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Haus ist so wie beschrieben, eher noch geräumiger als auf den Fotos erkennbar. 3. Schlafzimmer, das man bei Bedarf dazu buchen kann, ist ebenfalls schön. Sehr gute Lage direkt über der Cala Santanyi, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool. Ideale ruhige Lage in einer kleineren Ferienhaussiedlung ohne Hotels. Fast ausschließlich im Privatbesitz. 2,5 km zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Markt von Santanyi, 1,5 km zu Fuß zum Strand von Cala Santanyi. Netter Kontakt zur Agentur und zum französischen Eigentümer

Haus für Familie mit Kindern

Alles lief reibungslos : Buchung , Infos , Schlüsselübergabe, Einweisung, Nachfragen während des Aufenthaltes. Das Haus ist für Familien sehr gut eingerichtet. Jeder von uns konnte den Aufenthalt genießen. Der Strand ist angenehm nahe. Auch der nahe Spielplatz mit Boule-Bahn, Basketballer, Fussballfeld, Spielplatz für kleine Kinder war für uns optimal.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren positiv überrascht, wie viel größer es war als auf den Bildern! Internet war schnell, alles sauber. Tipp, nicht das dritte Zimmer mit Bad dazu! Das war es wert!!!!

Belle emplacement près de nombreuse criques . Bonne literie seul bémol les draps pas adéquat trop petit. Un grand merci à Stephan et Julia qui sont très réceptifs au doleances de leur locataires .la cuisine manque de couvert mais a ont fait avec .....a conseillé les yeux fermés encore un grand merci a ont passé d'excellente vacances conforme à l'annonce

Fantastic house in stunning surroundings.

The house is located 2 km outside of Santanyi in the town of Son Moger, very close to Palma, and several beautiful beaches. A perfect place for a trip to Mallorca. The house is perfect for a family holiday and has everything you can expect from a good holiday home. The beach at Cala Santanyi is incredibly beautiful, but there are many beach visitors. But visit the beach after 8 o'clock in the evening and you will have the beautiful beach for yourself. The town of Santanyi is nice and there are many good shopping options. We had a wonderful holiday - highly recommended.
