Charming Finca with Pool, Garden, Terrace, Air Conditioning & Wi-Fi

  • In Santanyí, the 2-storey Finca Sa Tanqueta De Ses Roques impresses guests with its charming round tower. The 130 m², rustic Finca is situated in a quiet area and offers a comfortable living/dining room with a stove and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It can therefore accommodate 6 people and one toddler. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat screen satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area with 2,800 hectares of land, children will find plenty of space to play. The 32 m² pool has its own fence, so that even small children can play without hindrance. Relax on one of the 6 deck chairs under the shady sun sail, barbecue delicious meals and savour them with a glass of full-bodied wine and a view of the mountains on the horizon. There is also an outdoor shower, lounge furniture and parasols. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.1 km or a 5-minute drive away and the closest beach, Cala Santanyí, is 2.8 km from the property. Listen to the gentle sound of the waves, tan under the Majorcan sun and spend unique hours with your loved ones!

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, towels and beach towels are included in the price. The house is rented to guests from May to October.

Wunderbare Woche in schöner Finca

The house is beautiful and located in a lovely, peaceful area close to several stunning beaches. It has everything needed for a relaxing vacation and the location is ideal for exploring the area.Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by several issues. There was loud construction work nearby that disrupted our vacation for three full days. This was not disclosed before our arrival and made it impossible to enjoy the peace and quiet we were expecting. We also completely lost internet service for the last three days of our stay. Despite reporting the issue immediately, it was never restored before we left. In addition, there was a serious ant infestation in the kitchen, to the point that ants were crawling on us while we were inside the house. The host provided products to help with the ants, which we appreciated, but there was no gesture or compensation offered for the loss of internet or the construction noise. The most disappointing part of our experience was VRBO’s customer service. We contacted them multiple times , hoping they would help us find a solution. Instead, we were repeatedly told to complete a claim form, which we did, including submitting a video clearly showing the extremely loud construction noise. The responses took far too long, and no assistance or practical solution was provided while we were still at the property. We had no option to relocate because there were no accommodations available nearby, first and last time booking with VRBO!
