「Es war ein hervorragender Urlaub für uns, was besonders an der Unterkunft und der Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin lag.Die Ausstattung bot deutlich mehr, als man erwartet, die Räume waren alle sehr sauber und das Grundstück bot viele kleine Ecken um Dinge zu entdecken. Die Dachterasse ist ein weiteres Highlight, auf der man morgens toll frühstücken oder abends die Sterne beobachten konnte.Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!」

「We stayed a week end of sept/beginning Oct 24. We enjoyed the time in the house very much. The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, so easily for 6 persons. Living area and kitchen are very spacious and bright as well. Extremely nice views and atmosphere from terrace. The house offers brillant peace and intimacy. Everything clean. Perfect walking distance to Cala des Moro. For everything else you need a car what you should have anyway. Would definitely book again! Great stay!」

「Die Lage ist einfach sensationell! Schönes kleines Fischerhäuschen direkt am Wasser. Im Haus sind alle elektronischen Geräte (sogar ein Stabmixer!) des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Den Geschirrspüler würde ich an Stelle des Eigentümers austauschen. Hier hat die Meeresluft mit der salzhaltigen Luft ihr Werk verrichtet. 「Location: The house is in a great location of southeast Mallorca. Just a couple of minutes driving to get to Santanyi and the beautiful Caló des Moro. Or you could walk for half an hour. 「We had a perfect 10 day break at Villa Sylvia. Location is spot on, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, a little further one way to cala egos, 20 minutes walk in the other direction to cala dor. And 5 minutes car journey into Porto Petro. The pool suited our teenage boys great. It’s huge! With a large private garden. The villa itself has been modernised to a lovely standard.
