El hotel estaba en restauracion. La pileta no estaba en condiciones. La television estaba desincronizada. Nos cambiaron de habitacion por goteras. El desayuno muy basico. El personal de recepcion muyatento y muy amable

Excelente atencion en San Clemente

Horrible en santa teresita, no recomendable, desde la atención el frio en los pasillos del hotel y el desayuno no me gusto,no tenian tazas y tuvieron que darnos unas todas rajadas y rotas para desayunar, tuvimos la suerte de poder pasar solo una noche y al otro dia cambiar la reserva para el Hotel San Remo de San Clemente, donde todo fue diferente, desde la atencion de todo el personal, Jessi, Juán, Ariel, Fernando, Jair y Carolina, cada uno en lo suyo, pero brindando lo mejor para el turista, las habitaciones muy buenas, todo calefaccionado, los desayunos abundantes , la pileta excelente, pero fundamentalmente la muy buena atencion de los chicos, solucionando al instante cualquier inconveniente, 100% recomendable.

Muy desepcionada de resort no tiene nada .es un hotel de una estrella. Baños se inundaba habitacion pequeñaropa de cama y toalla viejas apelmasadas con olor a humedad. instalaciones sin mantenimiento. desayuno pobre y cena escasa. atencion del personal .muy malecucados En fin horrible para nada recomendable porvel precio pagado

habitacion 109 HORRIBLE

Realmente la Habitacion 109 fue espantosa, 1 sola mesita luz despinafda, enchufe salido de la pared, ventilador de pared lleno de roña, sabanas y toallas sucias con olor a humedad y manchas, tv arriba de una mesita de var sin control, baño pesimo perdida del bidet en el piso y si apretas el boton del baño no sale agua fria de la ducha , a los dos minutos no sale agua ni fria ni caliente. Una verguenza, la puerta del baño tpda rota. Tengo de todo fotos., El telefono te lo debo.

hotel que puede mejorar

Un hotel de tres estrellas con una pileta exterior enorme y otra interna mas chica con agua caliente relajante y muy buenas, en cuanto a la habitación fue cómoda , aunque puede aspirar a mejorar, como el sistema de ducha, el agua se perdía por un costado y la ducha no salia nada bien. Por otra parte el servicio de habitación, muy bueno, el personal cuenta con gente amable y pendiente de las necesidades del huésped. Para finalizar el desayuno fue malo; la higiene no ayudo para nada, las tasas sucias igual que los platos, lamentablemente algo tan notorio como es comer la primera comida del día no acompaño

Hotel cómodo. Buena atención

Hotel cerca del centro,y de la playa. Falta de mantenimiento en los pasillos y agua turbia en las piletas. Muy buena atención del personal. Área de juegos para niños. Media pension: desayuno correcto, buenas tortas. Cena abundante y pasable... No de la mejor calidad. Bebidas se cobran, a precio de restaurante y son chicas. Muy buena animación. Pasamos la noche de año nuevo muy bien.

Las apariencias engañan...

Cosas para olvidar: limpieza de habitacion, toallas rotas, en el desayuno (de 8,30 a 10,30 hs) al llegar las 9,30 hs, se terminaban el jugo y las medialunas quemadas, horneadas en el mismo hotel, y no reponian, hasta un dia en el cual un huesped elevo el tono de voz en el salon quejandose de tal situacion e inmediatamente aparecieron tres bandejas de medialunas perfectamente horneadas. En tres oportunidades solicite en recepcion ser despertada a las 8.30 hs, a un empleado que me escuchaba sin mirarme, ya que la pantalla de su pc estaba mucho mas interesante que mi pedido, y solo lo logre una vez, ya que en las otras dos, nunca me llamaron.

Las habitaciones estan en muy mal estado, mal olor, mucha humedad, todo roto. Internet solo tiene en el lobby y muy lenta.

La estadía fue muy tranquila, con una habitación confortable para pasar más de una noche. El hotel tiene juegos para los más chicos y pileta climatizada habilitada. Algunas de las instalaciones son un poco viejas, pero no por eso dejaría de volver a elejir este hotel

UN DESASTRE

Un verdadero desastre este hotel, la habitacion demasiado pequeña, la ropa de cama era vieja y desgastada, hubo ruido durante toda la noche en los pasillos y el agua de la pileta climatizada muy sucia. Sugiero que retiren este hotel de su cartilla de hoteles. Demasiado caro para lo poco que ofrece.

No recomendable.

Falta de higiene en general (baños, pileta, comedor, etc). Imposible comunicarse desde la habitación con recepción, no te atiende nadie, ni te devuelven la llamada. La cocina no me inspira confianza, en lo mas mínimo. El sistema que tienen para servir la cena, esta muy lejos de ser el de un hotel resort, te anotan en una planilla en los únicos dos horarios que tienen y después te mandan a hacer una cola. En cuanto al desayuno, de mediterraneo, no tiene nada. Mayormente esta compuesto por el mismo pan de la cena de la noche anterior y por medialunas que producen ahí mismo, la variedad de frutas, jugos exprimidos, pasteles y yogures, no las vi. Como algo positivo, puedo decir que en mi habitación, si funcionaba el ventilador de techo.

No volvería.

Limpieza de las habitaciones: en 4 días cambiaron solo una toalla de mano (fuimos dos mayores), nunca aspiraron la habitación (había suciedad en el piso que estuvo ahí desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos), ni cambiaron la ropa de cama (que tenía pelos de otras personas). Gastronomía: excelente, Juegos y Espectáculos: muy buenos. El personal: muy buena atención.
