This home is located in the Sonoma Valley in the heart of the Wine Country. You will be minutes away from dining, shopping and wineries. The newly updated home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a Hot Tub, Fire Pit, BBQ, hammock and patio seating.
The home features all amenities to make your trip perfect to Wine Country and enjoy all that it has to offer!

Please inquire about our Concierge service offered to all Wine Country Estate Management guests. Have one of our private chefs come cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Book your limousine wine tasting transportation and airport transfers with our corporate partners Pure Luxury Limousine, Boutique Wine Tours and Bohemian Highway Luxury Wine Tours! In house massages are also offered at the Farmhouse, and IV Hydration on site therapy. Ask about our winery partnerships too! :)

This home is professionally managed by the Wine Country Estate Management team. We'll be available to you anytime if you need anything! Unless that happens, we will respect your privacy, and you will not see or hear from us during your stay.

Great house and amenities!

This house was a great place to accommodate a group of adult friends. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were all clean and updated, and our group really enjoyed the backyard and garage games. We were only in town for a weekend, but definitely plan to come back again.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, with ample parking. It was well-appointed, and was very clean. There was also a nicely manicured backyard and plenty of seating. We appreciated that it is a pet-friendly accommodation.

Great property for the value. Everything was clean and well organized. The backyard is really nice space to hang out with friends. Fun little garage space to hangout too since quiet hours start at 9pm outside. Overall great for the value.

Great stay in Santa Rosa

House was very neat, clean, updated decor ane amenities. The whole house and back yard are so cute! Loved that the garage is basically a rec room. We had fun playing air hockey and throwing darts. The beds were comfortable and had plenty extra blankets and pillows, which the lack of is usually my number one complaint. But this house was more than properly stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need in a vacation home. The hosts left us a very kind welcome gift and note. Definitely recommend this propert if you're looking for a nice stay in Sonoma County.

1.The home was very comfortable and can see the remodel was done with love. 2. However, my sister and I thought there should be another couch in the TV room so 2 people could relax while watching the TV with stands next to each to place a drink. 3. We could not find local channels! Maybe place info how to run the TV. 4. Since there is no room in the bathrooms to set makeup, toothbrushes, etc. maybe a small table in each bathroom. 5. And boxes of Kleenix around the house

Nice House - wrong neighborhood

The house itself was nice, clean, well appointed. The location should not be a vacation rental. There are reasonable but strict noise restrictions (be inside by 9p) and it's because visitors are not wanted in this neighborhood - and I don't blame them. This is not a tourist area. I was there with my 81 year-old mom and my DIL and we did not feel like we could walk across to the park (note the map makes it look like it is on the edge of the neighborhood, it is in the middle). The garage has permanent table games, so you can't pull your car inside the garage so we felt very conspicuous. Use you own judgment, Goole Earth, etc. to make up your mind. House was nice. No ice or ice cube trays or response from property manager, but not a big deal.

Super cute comfortable house! Loved the horses next door!

Our trip didn't turn out as expected, it ended up just being me and my daughter, and she ended up sick so we actually spent most of our time at the house. It was very comfortable and the hot tub really helped still make the trip worth it. Great communication with the host the entire time, would definitely come back if we're in Santa Rosa again. Back yard is perfect with all its features. Thank you!

Nicely renovated, functional and comfortable

The home is in an up and coming neighbourhood and has a rural feel. There is a small park within walking distance, populated enough to feel safe during daytime hours. The property is exceptionally clean. Only the washing machine is in need of a deep cleaning. Linens and towels are decent quality. All the appliances we used were in perfect working order. Enjoyed the outdoor BBQ in the nice backyard. Light bulbs over dining table need to be replaced, causing instant headache. House instructions are needed. Most guests will not be familiar with Santa Rosa's waste sorting. Quiet hours are ranging from 9-9, neighbourhood dogs don't always adhere to noise restrictions. On our four day journey to the property we received the rental rules. Although none of them are outrageous, they should be mentioned on VRBO before payment is made. E-mail Host rules state that a dog is allowed with prior approval. VRBO, on the other hand, clearly states that one dog of any size is allowed, no approval mentioned. Trying to contact the host via e-mail we received a fail code. Thankfully a phone number was provided which we used to text our arrival time and that we are travelling with our dog. It would be beneficial to find out if there are breed restrictions as we would definitely rent this property again when working in the area. Thank you for letting us stay in this enjoyable home.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet.

This is a lovely house - everything is very comfortable and full of all the amenities (best towels ever!). The yard (and hot tub) are particularly pleasant. It's a quiet neighborhood and neighbors clearly don't want loud partying next door, but it was perfect for our family visit.

The stay at this home was quiet and nice. The house is well updated and clean. It is in a working-class neighborhood that is not too far from all of the wine country area so it makes it convenient.

The property is really nice, love the great water pressure, heated bathroom floors, lighting and small little touches. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with sugar, spices, tea and coffee. Towels were plentiful.

Fabulous Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property but had a couple of issues. The home was nice and clean. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. We had plenty of space for four friends and the beds were comfortable. The fenced in back yard is fantastic! It is in a convenient location for visiting the coast, Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Calistoga, and Glen Ellen (although they are all a bit of a drive). We had issues with the hot tub and fire pit. Before our trip Tyler answered our questions promptly but during our stay, we were told to contact Ella with any issues. Ella was not very responsive to voice mail or text messages. We were only able to use the hot tub and fire pit two of the four nights. This was disappointing because the hot tub and fire pit were amenities that we looked for when booking a property. By the third night Ella did send someone out to the property. He did not have the part to fix the fire pit ignition switch, but he showed us how to light it manually though and that worked fine. He also reset the hot tub. Even with the issues, we had a wonderful time and would stay there again.
