Enjoy walking to the beach and reveling in the breathtaking scenery or lounging poolside all afternoon at the shared pool. Grab a good book and unwind under the swaying palms. You’ll also find Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Miramar Beach Access, and the Windswept Dunes Golf Club, all within a 20-mile radius.

Inside this oasis, feel right at home in the bright, cozy interiors bursting with sophisticated decor, ample living spaces, and plenty of coastal charm. Snuggle up on the plush sofa for a family movie marathon, or create delicious home-cooked meals in the full kitchen. Or, kick back and have a barbecue on the patio with friends. The bedrooms are inviting with soft, comfy linens and luxe finishes, while an en suite bath offers additional privacy. After a full day of adventure, sink into a lounge chair on the balcony with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down in paradise.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, needs updated

The house is in a great location. Very easy walk to beach and pool in backyard. The house is nice but could use updates. The carpet and bedding need to be replaced and bathrooms are dated. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
