Nestled within a lushly landscaped, gated community in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Saltwater Retreat is an exceptional four-bedroom, three-full-bathroom beach house that’s just a short walk to the beach providing the quintessential 30A experience. Recently updated, and never previously rented, this charming gem boasts a fresh, inviting ambiance with all-new interior paint and stylish décor, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

Step inside and be greeted by a light and airy atmosphere, enhanced by a thoughtful mix of elegant hardwood and durable LVP flooring, accented by new area rugs that add warmth and texture. The home has been refurnished with new beds, furniture and fixtures, and black out curtains. All three bathrooms have been recently updated. There’s a convenient king bedroom on the first floor, complete with a full bathroom and a relaxing bathtub. Ascend to the second level where there are two additional king bedrooms, each featuring its own private full bathroom and spacious walk-in shower. The third floor offers a fun and functional space, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, perfect for children or extra guests.

We had a wonderful stay! There were 9 of us in total, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed using the grill one evening, spent time at the pool just up the hill, and loved how close the beach was—just a short 5-minute walk. The wrap-around porch was our favorite part; we spent most of our time relaxing out there. We would definitely stay here again!
