The first master suite features a sumptuous king bed with twin bunks for additional sleeping space, an open ensuite bathroom, and a spacious closet. The second master suite offers a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additional rooms include another king bed, a queen bed, and a room with four twin bunk beds. The open area upstairs features two bunk beds and a pull-out couch. A beautifully appointed office area doubles as a library, TV room, and extra sleeping space with a queen pull-out bed. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all. **The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!**

1. Parking for (2) vehicles in driveway, and (2) compact in garage. IMPORTANT NOTE: Per HOA policy, there is no parking in the street, sidewalk, or on the grass under any circumstance. Any violation will result in a MINIMUM fine of $100/day.
1. Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.

2. Parking for (2) vehicles in driveway, and (2) compact in garage. IMPORTANT NOTE: Per HOA policy, there is no parking in the street, sidewalk, or on the grass under any circumstance. Any violation will result in a MINIMUM fine of $100/day.

3. Dogs 65lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $150. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.

4. Please treat the property with care and respect.

5. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.

6. No parties allowed, but events are allowed.

7. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

8. Ensure the Grill is clean before leaving.

9. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
