Gorgeous Family Friendly Home with all the amenities

We had a fantastic 3 generation family stay at this property. The community pool and hot tub were great. The house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the back porches/views were lovely. We loved the floor plan for our group, especially the two master suites. Location was great. It was easy to get around on the provided bikes, and I appreciated being in a quieter part of town during the spring break season. We loved the neighborhood walking paths! We didn’t notice the neighborhood backs up to the state park until late in the week, which is a great perk we are sad we didn’t take advantage of! The owners provided great tips on beach accesses in the binder from the property which were super helpful. Checkout was a breeze (very reasonable requests) and I appreciated not having a long to do list like I’ve had elsewhere. Our only hiccup was spotty WiFi. We lost internet completely for an entire afternoon/evening and the picture on the TV while streaming was not great the majority of the week. If I was staying and working most of the week, I’d find some backup options (coffee shops etc.) just in case. I’m not sure the internet issues were in the control of the homeowner/property management company though- seemed to be a provider issue (one company services all of Nature Walk).Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Great home!!!

8 min drive too the beach. I recommend to uber to avoid paying for and looking for parking. The location is near a lot of local food trucks and bars so if looking for a vacay with not a lot of driving this would be perfect. We spent an awful amount of time on the porch swing in the nights with cool air and the sound of water fountains just steps away from the back door. This home was perfect, Especially w/ the 3 king size beds. Had everything you could possibly think of down to the portable fans located in the closets. Def a 10/10 experience…. NOT TO MENTION… PUBLIX GROCERY IS NEXT DOOR!!!

2 family vacation

This house was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description. It was clean and had everything we needed and more! The bed porch swing was our favorite! It was perfect for our 2 families, 9 guests total. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely house. Very quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed inside the house. Approximately 2 mile bike ride to Seaside. Easy access to Publix. Would stay here again.

Nice house and neighborhood, nice layout, decent for larger family

The neighborhood is nice and the house is located on a small manmade "pond". It is a quick 5 minute bike ride to Publix and a 2 minute ride to the pools and hot tub. The beaches are 10-15 minutes by bike. The house is very nice, the kitchen well appointed, the bedrooms were all a decent size, except for the room with the bunkbeds, that was a little tight. This house is a 4 bedroom, not 5 as advertised in a few places. The "5th" bedroom is a small, open sitting area on the second floor with a pull out bed. The bathrooms are very nice, private and large. No hand soap is provided. The dining room table is huge and the porches were nice, but not screened. The living room seats for 6 or 7. The rental agency was always very quick to respond to requests inc. dish soap, and batteries & internet issue. The not so great things, and why I rated this a 4. The TV's are dated flat screens with HDMI inputs but too old to download some of the more modern apps like Apple TV, Prime, we ended up using our own Roku stick. The owners should upgrade the TV's and increase the size in the living room and main bedroom. During our stay the internet was a bit wonky for a few days. It took constant rebooting to keep it on during those days. 1 kitchen towel, and NO beach/pool towel, as mentioned in listing. 1 pack of detergent and 3 or 4 dishwashing pods, and a small bar of soap per bathroom, nothing else provided. Bring from home. There is no outdoor storage. Nice place for the money.

Family friendly and beautiful!

We just left from our week of vacation at this lovely property. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large crowd and the accommodations were just as described. Our favorite hangout was the large front porch with plenty of shade, seating and a large bed swing. The three king beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Plus the bikes were an added bonus to get you to the beach and around the area. Lots of walking paths too! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

Beautiful home!

The home was clean and well maintained. The layout and bedroom arrangements were perfect - loft porches, large bedrooms! House is close to beach but not really walking distance in the extreme heat. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic property

We had a wonderful fall getaway here in Naturewalk. I have never stayed on 30-A not right on the beach, but this is a real treasure. The pools are great, the bike/walk to the beach is easy and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. We will be repeat guests for sure.

Beach Getaway Oasis

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more. The home and our stay was extremely comfortable, especially with the 2 master suites. It was the perfect space for our family’s vacation that felt like a home away from home. We were extra surprised to find a bike with a baby’s seat left for us after they found out we had a little one. So thoughtful! We’ll be back!

Beautiful home with a fee hiccups

A beautiful clean home with gorgeous furnishings and art work as well as sculptures. Wonderful back porch with swinging sofa. Ample room for friends and family. A little far from the beach. Parking was tight. Neighbors did not like towels hanging on outside hooks. Stove burners were malfunctioning. Internet was not working properly~ had to call in for an alternate sign-in and passcode. Lastly~electrical problems with the outlet in the kitchen. Could not use the toaster or coffee maker on our second morning due to problem with the sockets on the kitchen countertops as well as kitchen bar. The electrical sockets were not working in the downstairs master bathroom, so could not utilize a hairdryer. Other than those snafus, a very beautiful home. Suitable for a large group!

Dream Vacation Propert

This place was an absolute dream. Beautiful home with everything you could want. So many places to sleep for a large group. I've never been in a place with two master bedroom suites. The porch was beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying that. We were thrilled that it came with four bikes! Such a great location, you are close enough but away from the hustle and bustle. There is a Publix very close too. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home.

not cheap, but worth it

6 of us stayed, very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the porch (swingbed is so nice) and bikes most of all. Location is great, very quiet.

beautiful, clean and spacious

very comfortable beds, lovely decor, plenty of room for two families. we loved the swing on the porch and the pool and the bikes. our only negative was the lack of basic supplies- only only one dish towel, one dish rag, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pellets, not enough toilet paper. other than that everything was perfect.

Thanksgiving get-a-way

House was spectacular and the perfect size for our 2 families to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed having 2 master suites which really made it a home away from home experience. Neighborhood has everything you would need to entertain kids ages 10-20. The bikes were a plus and the distance from the ocean was so convenient.

Memorable vacation

This property is exactly as you see it. Very, very nice! The master bedrooms are wonderful! Don’t count on the pull-out sofa bed being any kind of comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are very roomy and comfortable. This is the only area that has the fountain outside in the pond so that was nice. Very easy in and out. Pool and play area was excellent. Get a golf cart! That saved us! Took it to Publix and Seaside more than once! We will definitely return!

Fantastic vacation home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TipSea Turtle. The home is spacious, Immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-appointed, bikes are a bonus, the large dining table and lovely porch are perfect for family gatherings. The management company made our check-in seamless.

Ahhhh-mazing!

My husband and two small children stayed here for a week while taking in 30a. We absolutely LOVED this house! It was pristine, beautifully decorated, close to restaurants and the grocery store, and our kids had plenty to do. My husband and I loved swinging on the front porch at night and listening to the nature sounds around us. Our kids loved having their own twin beds and a TV in their room. This property is spacious and meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!!
