The home was not a 10 min walk to the beach as described. It was a 3 min drive. Very quite location. Would stay at topsail village again but not this particular unit as we are allergic to cats and the owner brings her cats into the unit.

This condo is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and furnished with higher end furnishings to include supportive mattresses. It is, however, on the ground floor with the balcony facing the pool and breezeway. Which means the balcony is not private and the master bedroom window opens to a common breezeway with guests walking by to and from their units. So if you’re going for privacy, this is not your rental. If you’re family whose kids want to live at the pool, this is paradise. Also, the TV’s are not as new as they should be for the price, in my opinion. I would think smart tv’s would be the standard for Vacasa rentals, but we survived watching local channels on basic cable.

Poor customer service. We bought trip insurance and unfortunately needed it due to a death in the family. We immediately called the property management company and were told the place was available the following week and we could reschedule our stay. After 30 mins or so of confirming our other travel reservations could be rescheduled, we called the property to confirm that we would like to move the stay to following week. At that point, we were told that they were not going to do that. Very frustrating during a difficult time. Ratings neutral to property conditions from not being on site

Cute apartment and decor. Creaky floors. We packed light since this place was suppose to have a working washer and dryer. The washer spin cycle doesn’t work or work well. Clothes were very wet after wash cycle was complete. After wringing our clothes out, tried to dry five times... Never dried thoroughly and now smell like mildew. We needed up having to find a washer and dryer to do our laundry throughout the stay. Extremely inconvenient and annoying, cut into our vacation/family time. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty, make sure to wash anything you use before actually using it.

This rental was a disappointmentI. It was not clean. The cooktop was filthy with grime and the oven had not been cleaned in sometime. Floor in the den was not vacuumed. It had pieces of candy on the rug. The kitchen pots and pans were old and neglected. The rug in the master was torn and a tripping hazard. So was the rug on the front porch. It was very slippery. The kitchen island chairs were uncomfortable and not functionable. Seating and tables in the pool area were sparse. The security entrance box was often not functioning. The property needs major attention. I would not recommend.

The unit was in nice shape, very clean, very homey. Location is a few minutes drive or a decent bike ride to the western most beach accesses on 30A, which also puts it in a nice spot if you also want to head toward Topsail, Sandestin, or Destin proper. Very easy access to this ground, 1-floor unit. Park right in front. Downside is a little bit of noise from others in parking lot, and we had a bit of noise from the guests in the unit above. Staff was responsive with issue regarding wifi (though couldn't solve the issues, i.e. get the updated login info), and cleaning crew was very sweet to wait a few minutes as we got our bags into the car.

Thus lovely appartment is great for four people. The pool is right outside, Dune Allen public beach access is less than a mile away. This appartment is tastefully decorated and we look forward to returning!

This place was perfect for our group. Off the beaten path but close enough to be convenient. From pictures thought this was a top unit but it is actually first floor. Actually worked better as my husband's parents were with us and not having steps was a plus. Loved the unit. Would stay again.

The apartment was super cute. It was the perfect size for two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It wasn’t far from restaurants and such.
