Just across the street from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters, this relaxing retreat offers private beach access along with easy access to local shops, restaurants, live music, and community events.



    Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinetry, comfortable living spaces, and coastal-inspired décor throughout. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the fountain with partial Gulf views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Great location as we have stayed in this area before. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed it and would rent again for sure.

This condo is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. It is close to the beach, several fun restaurants, and several bike rental shops. The staff at check-in were great. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Convenient location, comfortable condo!

We would stay here again. Plenty to do within walking distance. Easy walk to the beach and the two complementay chairs daily were great. Easy drive to Seaside and other close beaches. Condo was comfortable and decorated in cute, current style.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay at Gulf Place! The condo is perfect for a family of 4. It was decorated so cute and felt like home. The location is perfect. We are right in the middle of everything and didn’t even need to drive anywhere. The beach is right across the street. We even loved it so much we booked it again for Thanksgiving!

Great place in Santa Rosa Beach

Property was as advertised, close to the beach and many restaurants, and of course Pecan Jack's! From the balcony you can see a little bit of the Gulf. The pool area and hot tub were good. It was quiet at night, and the wifi worked fine. I would stay here again.

Gulf place vacation

We stayed at this same unit in July 2018 and chose it specifically because we were so pleased before. We were only staying for 4 nights, and other properties in the area required a longer stay, so that was a plus for us.

Great location for a couples' getaway!

My husband and I went here the weekend before our wedding with two of our best friends to relax before the big day. The location was great, the layout of the unit was perfect and the included chair + umbrella rental was a nice touch. We're already plotting our return!

This condo is super nice! It is equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a little square surrounded by fun shops, booths and restaurants and it’s only a short walk to the beach! But that doesn’t mean it’s a overcrowded area, very calm and low key!

Location is great

We love gulf place! We can walk to restaurants and the beach. The beach access is great too. First time staying in this unit. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting...mold in the bathrooms. Other than that it was great!

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay here, it was our first time. The property and location was great- beach was absolutely gorgeous. My only suggestion for the unit is a deep cleaning- like everything - fans, AC , dust, and mop. And please invest in upgrading your tv’s and outdoor patio furniture. Otherwise great place.

Fun in the Summer Rain

We loved our stay. The rainy week didn't dampen our spirits or slow us down - the pool and beach stay open in the rain! Kids loved it. Condo was great and accommodated my wife and 4 kids very well. The only challenge was noise from condo below us - they partied until early morning - but it didn't affect our week. Thumbs up.

Spacious Condo

Condo was spacious and as advertised. The internet was a little spotty but the location was wonderful and the condo was spacious. Communication with staff about an issue with the garbage disposal was quick and they responded promptly to fix the issue.

The area is beautiful..

But the apartment itself is in very bad condition..the kitchen cabinets are dirty..the windows are also very dirty, lots of dust...the dishwasher is bad...when you open the door the dishwasher comes out .If you don't look at all that the apartment is good.

Everything was wonderful. Perfect location for our family with small kids!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and my cousin and her husband. The beach access is so convenient and we will definitely be back next summer! The only thing I wish was different was a “check out list” of sorts. I called the office and didn’t get a call back a couple days in but wish I didn’t leave not knowing what we were responsible for. We washed all of the towels just incase that was our responsibility. Overall a wonderful trip!

Great Place...

We loved this cute little condo! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (we have kids ages 8, 6, 4). It had all of the amenities that were described online. We ate out most of the time, so we didn’t use the kitchen that much except for breakfast and sometimes lunch. We did have to utilize the table to store some pantry items because there wasn’t a place to put them. This was super close to the beach and loved the fact that we could walk across the street to get there. The umbrella and two chairs that come with this condo was a bonus. The kids also loved having the pools as another option. The only complaint that I have (and it’s really small) is that there really isn’t a place to hang all of the towels. We had all of our beach towels, plus the towels we used in the condo after showers. Maybe a towel rack of some sort out on the balcony would help with the beach towels to dry.
