  • The Flippin' Good Condo on 30A is completely renovated with all new furnishings.

    GOLF CART: A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy and fun to explore 30A. Cruise to the beach, dinner, shopping, farmers markets and nearby beach towns without worrying about tight streets and limited parking.

    BEACH: The beautiful white-sand beaches of the Gulf are just a 5-minute walk away. Beach chairs, boogie boards, a wagon, coolers and 4 beach towels are provided and stored in the locked closet just outside the front door.

    ENTERTAINMENT: Four bikes are included for exploring 30A. The condo is centrally located in Seagrove, just 1.5 miles from Seaside and close to dining, shopping and entertainment.

    LIVING ROOM: Relax on the sectional with chaise lounge or leather recliner while enjoying the 65" Roku TV. The sofa also converts to a full-size bed for additional sleeping space.

    KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop/oven and cooking essentials. Coffee lovers will find both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, along with pods, ground coffee, filters and sweetener.

    PRIMARY BEDROOM & BATH: The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of storage and a 55" Roku TV. The adjoining bathroom includes a large closet, double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, bathtub and starter bathroom essentials.

    GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample storage, a large closet and a 50" Roku TV. The guest bathroom is conveniently located directly across the hall.

    BUNK ROOM: The bunk room features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a 42" Roku TV. Board games, cards, puzzles and books are also provided for the kids.

    GUEST BATHROOM: The hallway guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and starter bathroom essentials.

    CONDO RULES:
    Only registered guests are permitted for stay
    No pets allowed
    Quiet hours are 10p-8a
    No smoking or vaping allowed

Best host ever, very accommodating and super friendly! This beach house was spotless, spacious, and super cute. Location is great. It is basically right down the street from public beach access, shopping, and food, etc. We had the best time here and felt very welcomed. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!!

Beautiful Updated Condo

This condo was beautifully designed, had plenty of space and was very clean. Great location near 30A and a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The host was great in replying to me in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything so easy. This was a girls trip and there were 5 of us. Beds were very comfortable. The stay was wonderful and the host was very responsive to us. We had a couple of questions during our stay and they would reply almost immediately. The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient! Would definitely consider staying here again?

We loved staying here. Short walk to the beach. We always had a place to park. Place feels very secure. The rooms are all very comfortable and very nice kitchen and appliances. The check in process was great and the host was always quick to respond. I highly recommend this place for a family stay. We also loved having access to storage that had extras and a beach wagon that made things easy. Would definitely stay here again. Place is very clean and maintained.
