The condo was great and the water was absolutely beautiful! But, the best part about the trip was actually Brian, the Host! He was very thorough prior to our arrival and was beyond helpful during our stay and even helped us rent a golf cart one day! Best experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO Host and we’ve stayed in a ton! Highly recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a great week in Seagrove! Brian went above and beyond from the moment we booked to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo is super clean and well equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. Location is great and easy walk to beach - very convenient! Highly recommend for families!

The unit was clean and the host was very responsive. Location to the beach is good but there is not a lot of public beach area available. If you like to be near the water you have to go early. Overall great unit and great area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home.The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet.The hosts were fantastic to work with: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet, clean, really nice condo layout for families. Quite a walk to the public beach but the shuttle was very easy to call for a ride.

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. It was exactly as described, immaculately clean and even nicer than the pictures. We rented bikes and rode everywhere, including to each of the beach access points. They are not far at all, and one day we used the shuttle when we had more to carry, and it was super easy. I would definitely stay here again. Brian was great at communicating, and he made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We had a wonderful trip to Seagrove Beach! Our rental was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach every day and a quick bike ride to many local restaurants and shops.

My family and I were very comfortable here! The beds slept great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a home away from home- but at the beach! The condos are tucked into a quiet area and that was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the summer season on 30a. Nice and close to the beach too! We loved our stay!

Unit is decorated very beachy, close to the water, maybe 100 yards.

Great Place and Location

Great condo!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The property was spotless and very accommodating for a family of 5. The amenities were amazing and the property owners were great to work with. The balcony is spacious and has a view of the ocean off the master bedroom. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring.

Heavenly 2024 Spring Break

Prime location

Great location - near the beach, inlet, and a heated community pool. Brian is very easy to work with. Condo is decorated nicely, well-stocked, and clean.
