Localização ótima! Quarto pequeno mas suficiente para descansar depois de passar o dia pela cidade. Precisei de alguns itens a mais como cobertas e toalhas e a equipe foi super atenciosa! Não tem água quente como estamos acostumados, a água é bem morninha, quase fria. Mas para o calor que a cidade faz, super passa.

Staff was curtious. Hotel is well located near the busy streets of Sta Martha. The rooms were we stayed on the roof top, small and the AC right in front of the bed so it hits your face all night. We were there during a long weekend so the strets noise is loud and couldn't sleep. The roof top has a nice view of the city and you can relax and enjoy the sun.

Couldn’t get WiFi in half the room which was also the side where the TV was so it didn’t work the whole trip. The AC won’t kick in until the middle of the night. The towels were used rags and u n c o m f o r t a b l y stiff. Bit confused by the amenities because it said shuttle included but we were charged at the airport, they should highlight for a fee. Don’t leave so much as a tank top on the bed or they won’t make it and claim there was stuff on the bed. It was near the main areas, marina, restaurants, shops, which was nice. Location is probably the only good thing here.

Clean and comfortable. Very good value.

Clean and comfortable, with nice rooftop sitting areas, in a good location. My main issue: the water in the shower was cold.

I like the hospitality of the hotel and been at the historic center make it so special. I did’t like is the smell of urinal waste at the main entrance of the hotel.

Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! We stayed before and after our Lost City trek and it was the perfect place to unwind. The rooftop was lovely and we really enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks there, and the pool was great for a cool down. Great location near some brilliant restaurants, and overall pretty quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep. Rooms were really clean, modern and nicely designed. No windows, but that didn’t bother us as the quality of the room made up for it. Service friendly and very helpful. Great value for money.

Hotel was just ok. Was in a great location near the parque de los novios. Staff was very friendly they even have someone making pizzas every day that were very delicious. Pool at the hotel was small but relaxing after a long day out and about.

Hotel muy lindo

Hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the terrace with the pool and small restaurant area is very cute and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and can speak varying degrees of English but enough to communicate, for those that don't speak Spanish. I'd definitely stay again.

Muito bom

O hotel é bem localizado, fica perto de diversos bares e restaurantes, tem água quente (o que é um diferencial pro litoral colombiano), café da manhã gostoso, uma piscina boa pra relaxar e o staff é muito atencioso. Definitivamente recomendo!

Buen hotel, nuevo y limpio. Para ir con niños la piscina es muy pequeña. La gente muy amable y me cambiaron mi Reseva para un día más ya que perdí mi avión y no llegaba el día exacto de mi reserva . Muy recomendable para parejas . Está bien ubicado, lo único a mejorar es la variedad en el desayuno , era muy básico y poco variado .
