Overall good, some items to note...

A good place and good value overall. However, be prepared to deal with a lot of stairs every time you come and go, regular power outages lasting all day, construction on the terrace next door and a very hard time getting anything delivered. Bring food with you if you don't want to trek out to eat every time.
