The room was very clean though very basic no tissues, no coffee maker or coffee in lobby. The staff was great Victor greeted me with a friendly smile and even though it was a few hours before standard check-in I was allowed to check in to my room as Victor said it was ready. He helped me with my luggage and later in the week helped booking some tours. I called 2 days before my arrival to make sure everything was paid for and there would be no issues, n everything was set. Vanessa set up transport for my airport pickup event sent me an email with the information of my taxi driver and also included a picture so I knew exactly who was picking me up which made me feel not only cared for but also very safe as I was traveling alone. Both Victor and Vanessa were just truly amazing in every way from recommending the best places to have breakfast and lunch to calling a taxi to pick me up in the center so they could bring me back to the hotel. Truly great people w/ excellent an above and beyond service. Would not only recommend but would stay there again :)

La habitacion es muy limpia amplia algunas cosas que pueden mejorar por ejemplo , extras almohadas, una caja de pañuelos desechables,toallitas para lavar el cuerpo, y en la cocina unas servilletas de tela serían perfectas . Danna fue muy servicial en información gracias

El balcón tenía vista a la unidad habitacional, el rumbo donde se localiza el hotel está sucio y descuidado, no se siente muy seguro pero hay opciones buenas para comer muy cerca.

El hotel es bueno, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía agradable, habitaciones amplias con buenos acabados, las escalinatas para llegar a las habitaciones pueden ser un poco empinadas por lo que no recomendable para personas con dificultades de movilidad, tampoco cuentan con estacionamiento y la zona no es nada turística. El personal es amable y facturan sin dramas.

Hotel muy limpio y seguro. Relativamente cerca de varios lugares para comer y de tiendas. No tiene estacionamiento, pero puedes dejar tu carro en los alrededores ya ue es muy tranquilo.

Mala experiencia

Al llegar había muchas restricciones, nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación por fugas y falta de gas, teníamos que pedir que nos hicieran la limpieza y no cambiaban las toallas, solo las volteaban No había vigilancia en las noches, dejan que tu como huésped cierres Una de las habitaciones olía feo No funcionaba el aire acondicionado Cobraban las toallas si querías llevarlas a la playa

El lugar es reciente por lo que las cosas son nuevas, sin embargo en la publicación cuando yo reserve se mencionaba que se incluía estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y no fue así, tampoco hay estacionamiento afuera siempre estuvo ocupado, además, nunca se preocuparon por ello aunque en su publicación decía que sí. Además se fue la luz y con el calor de la ciudad no sirve de nada que tenga aire acondicionado. Adicionalmente mencionaron que hasta contamos con suerte porque casi nunca hay internet. Todos estos servicios se supone se incluían en el costo de la habitación. Terrible experiencia.
