"We had an excellent stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property is beautiful, modern, very well maintained, and exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the evening shift staff, who were exceptional. They provided great recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and nearby places to visit, making our trip even more enjoyable. We were genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality throughout our stay. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. 100% recommended!"

"This is the second year I have stayed at Hilton Porto Gaia with my kids, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, modern, and spotless. The spa facilities are outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. The location is excellent; very close to the Devesas train station and just across the bridge from the historic center of Porto, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are warm, professional, and always willing to help, which makes every stay even more enjoyable. We have truly enjoyed both of our visits and look forward to returning again."

"We were told before travelling there was a regular shuttle bus from airport to the hotel but there isn’t. You will need to phone hotel upon arrival to ask them to send the bus. One of the reception staff pointedly told us this was the case and was generally negative. Rest of the staff were very nice. On the whole nice hotel although cooked breakfast was cold."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. A very close walk to all the port houses. Stayed in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom beautiful suite. The pool is quiet and clean. Had an amazing massage! The rooftop bar has the best view of the river and the bridge. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Big shout at to Claudia. She’s so friendly !!!!"
