Perfect Spot to Explore Santa Fe!

Fort Marcy Suites is a perfect location with walking distance to the Plaza. It is on the road that goes up to the Ski Basin. We loved seeing the sun set in the adjacent park.

Great Property and Staff!

Great property and staff! The suites are spacious and well stocked, views are great, and property amenities are clean and available. The walk to town is a breeze (if you dont mind a little hill) and mostly sidewalked so its a really convenient location. The staff is great - They accommodated our early checkin and had the pack-n-play (including a nice mattress) ready for us upon arrival. They even messaged us after about returning a few items to us that we left behind. Great value for the proximity and space!

This apartment is adequate for a couple of nights stay. The parking is very tight and if you're the lady on in at night, good luck. The ac vent was sealed in with painters tape in windows facing street, not too burglar proof. It's walkable to downtown but a long walk uphill to get home.

Graduation stay 5/16

We were there for an important graduation weekend w our sons friends and families coming over to celebrate. We were not told that there would be major construction going on outside our door. We had to park far down a hill instead of near our condo, which was a big deal with one family member with a bad knee and a toddler. we had 2 port-o-let’s outside our door, and construction starting at 7 AM on a Sunday. which was embarrassing having people over. When we asked to be moved, we were told there was nothing and when I asked why we were not informed about the construction so we could make other plans if we had wanted, all we got was shrugs. I talked to The general manager, who also offered nothing but apologies. We were told we would be given back some of our money, which never happened. We were also told we would be getting more towels because they were not enough, which never happened.!! The place was tired and , not much in the kitchen as far as serving pieces and hair on the countertop and stuck to the towels - gross!. I absolutely do not recommend. absolutely terrible customer service!
