We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The rooms were clean, A/C worked well and resort layout was spacious and well kept. Access to the Cala Pada beach was great and was where we spent most of our time in the day. The buffet had a good selection of food with varying main dishes each day. Great location to walk to the nearby Hippy Market and along the coastline to other beaches.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders zu unseren beiden Jungs. Das Familienzimmer war groß und klimatisiert. Der Balkon war ebenfalls sehr großzügig gestaltet. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch an Allergiker und Vegetarier/Veganer wurde gedacht. Die Animation war abwechslungsreich und unaufdringlich. Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub, es kamen von den Kindern bis zu den Großeltern alle auf ihre Kosten. Wir würden die Anlage jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an die vielen guten Geister, die unseren Urlaub so schön und erholsam gemacht haben :-))

Das Hotel was sehr kinderfreundlich, die Animateure hatten immer ein Lächeln für die Kids auf den Lippen und haben sich zauberhaft gekümmert. Das gastronomische Angebot ist hervorragend! Immer frisch und sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung war wirklich gerechtfertigt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gern wiederkommen.

We’ve just got back from a week here as a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) and had a fantastic time. The weather was amazing all week, which helped, and the kids absolutely loved the pools. They spent most of the time in the water or relaxing poolside, and we really enjoyed the music around the pool too, it added a nice atmosphere. The self-service drink stations around the hotel were a great touch, really handy for quick drinks, alongside the main bars. There’s also plenty for kids to do with activities and a kids club, although ours were mostly happy sticking to the pool, with the odd activity here and there. The private beach at the bottom of the hotel is lovely, a great place to relax and also handy for boat trips. The coastal walks from there are beautiful and definitely worth doing. Evening entertainment was varied and didn’t feel repetitive. The kids especially enjoyed the cinema-style evening. Food was good with lots of choice. It is all-inclusive buffet, so not always perfect, but definitely one of the better ones we’ve had. The snack bar by the pool is great for lunch too. Overall, a fantastic stay. Great location and very family-friendly, we’d definitely come back.

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern insgesamt 10 Tage zu Gast. Das Hotelgelände ist weitläufig und sehr schön mit Pflanzen gestaltet. Die Angebote für Erwachsene und Kinder sind vielfältig. Zusätzlich gab es insgesamt 4 Pools und umfangreiche Sportmöglichkeiten. Vom Hotel aus ließ sich der Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und überwiegend gut gemacht. Lediglich an den Stationen, an denen Fleisch frisch gebraten wurde, war das Fleisch (z.B. Hamburgerpattys) teilweise noch roh oder übergart. Alle Angestellten waren super freundlich und bemüht auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. In der ganzen Anlage gab es Möglichkeiten zu Essen und zu Trinken. Wir hatten 2 super gelegene Zimmer, die sauber waren und durch die Reinigungskräfte auch sauber gehalten wurden. Es gab jeden Tag ein tolles und abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Animation und Abendprogramm. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Santa Eulàlia. Drum herum gibt es nicht viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Deshalb benötigt man entweder einen Mietwagen oder muss sich ein Taxi nehmen. Es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Hier und da sind die Möbel im Zimmer und auch das Hotel an sich schon etwas abgewohnt. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Schöne Anlage, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Vielfältiges Sportangebot. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Im Hauptrestaurant gab es ein abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Buffet. Zwei Spezialitätenrestaurants: "Bodega" (schön gelegen direkt am Strand, tolles Essen), "Trattoria" (nichts besonderes, wir fanden es eher enttäuschend). Die Getränke an der Bar fanden wir nicht so toll, insbesondere die Cocktails. Da waren wir von anderen Magic Life Clubs besseres gewohnt.

Accomodatie is goed. Kamers zijn goed. Avond eten is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Ontbijt en lunch zijn telkens wat hetzelfde. Wat echter zeer storend was, is het nachtlawaai. We reizen met een peuter van 2 jaar en in onze slaapkamer werd geluidsoverlast gemeten vanaf 21u00 tot 60 decibel!! Dit komt door de muziek die ze afspelen.

Hotel grand chambres dernier étage au calme avec bonne literie et salon séparé, climatisation un peu bruyante, beaucoup de choix au buffet, par contre peu de personnel au bar et beaucoup d’attente, de nombreuses animations, boutique mini supermarché sur place, Menage des chambres moyen. Il faut compter 30 mn pour se rendre à Ibiza et 1h pour sant antoni. Bon rapport qualité prix

La porte de la chambre laisse passer la lumière et tout le bruit possible, cet hôtel étant pour les familles je ne comprends pas pourquoi on doit tolérer le bruit et cris de clients irrespectueux passé 00h ! Le service du repas ce termine à 21h ! Du jamais vu ! Repas pas diversifié et de qualité bof.

Hotel in quiet area of ibiza. Only parking is down side street which is inconvenient when travelling with suitcases. No side entrances available into hotel. Staff only seem to be there to clear up after you, there is no service here with the exception of bar staff who are great. Reception team not really helpful with requests, nor do they want to go out of their way to help you with any simple task. Entertainment team do not work on Mondays so if its raining or is a overcast day and you want to do activities such as the mini golf, tennis, or any other activity which requires equipment stored with the entertainment team, you cannot! Why not store this at reception or somewhere else accessible? Breakfast and dinner options are barely warm no matter what time of day you arrive at the restaurant, however the food selection is good, just a shame it's never hot. Won't be returning to this hotel or area of ibiza.

Kamers waren erg schoon en de kinderen hebben zich elke dag uitstekend vermaakt. Het eten was erg gevarieerd elke dag en het zwembad is top.
