This is a recently refurbished villa with a swimming pool and sea views. High standard decorated, Ideal for a family holiday.

Pool heating is optional and costs €200.00 per week for a setting of 24°C, payable in cash upon arrival. A supplement of €30.00 per week applies for each additional degree set up to a maximum of 26ºC.

*Local tourist tax: every guest 18 and over is charged a small fee of 5 euros per person.

It is located in a lovely, quiet location and is only 5 minutes walk from Garajau Village, which has all amenities, including shops, restaurants and bars. This Villa is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood that is mainly composed of tourists.

Airport transfers and sightseeing tours can be organised.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Caniço is a coastal town on the Portuguese island of Madeira. The sprawling Quinta Splendida Botanical Garden has hundreds of different plant species.

A towering statue of Christ the King stands atop Cristo Rei Viewpoint, which offers sweeping ocean views. The Garajau Cable Car descends to a beach at the base of the cliff. Offshore, the clear waters of the Garajau Parcial Nature Reserve have manta rays and groupers.

The apartment is easily accessible by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
