Great location for family visit to Santa Cruz. The West side is away from the heavy action but still close enough to bike or walk. And the best coffee shops, breweries and surf shops are right there. Enjoyed relaxing in the back yard.

The property is well-stocked and well-maintained. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. The backyard for the property was the highlight; it allowed us to relax with a fire and a hot tub every night.

We had a great time staying at the house. The location is superb, in walking distance from the Natural Bridges beach and tide pooling spots, with a bike path leading to both (bring bikes and scooters for kids!).Definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi since it was fairly cold when we were exploring during the day. Warming the house wasn't trivial, but once we figured out how the hot plates worked, we could get the house warmed up in combination with the electric heaters in the morning. Just need to be careful with young kids near the hot plates. Sad we didn't get to use the garden much due to rain. Would definitely stay again!
