We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. My Father lives nearby and spent most of the time away. We mostly slept, bathed, and coffee in the morning. Upon arrival we had a nice handwritten card and some chocolates from the owners which was a nice touch and appreciated. I appreciated the parking convenience and the quiet environment. The unit has ample windows that we opened each night to cool the place down. Summer nights often drop to mid 50s so this works pretty quick- especially with the fans...

「Very clean and easy to find. Close to downtown, a walking path and the Boardwalk. Just as advertised. The main street was a bit noisey and busy, but fortunately the windows, when closed, minimized much of it.」

「Lovely location near Felton and Ben Lomond. Clean rental and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Market is close by along with restaurants. Neighborhood was pleasant and felt peaceful and loved to hear all the birds in the morning! Nearby river in state park provides river water play for kids. We all loved this rental. We’ll be back! Really appreciated having laundry on site as well. Communication was great with host.」
