「Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.」

「The house was as expected and everyone had a great time! We loved that it is walkable to the beach and boardwalk, and had plenty of parking. No issues with the amenities or space, although the lower kitchen cabinets were in a bit of disarray. 」

「Very nice location central to most things in the area. The house itself was very nice and the separation of the bedrooms gave everyone the feeling of separate privacy. The beds were all very comfortable. However, there were ants consistently in the master bathroom as well as the kitchen. I don’t feel for this amount of money that that should have been occurring.
