Delight in walking to Twin Lakes and Seabright Beaches, restaurants, coffee shops such as The Kind Grind, hiking/biking around Arana Gulch, or picnicking at Frederick Street Park. Across 7th Avenue is a playground with tennis courts open to the public. You’ll also find Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Lighthouse Field State Beach, The Mystery Spot, Seacliff State Beach, and Roaring Camp within a 10-mile radius.
Make yourself at home in the large, yet cozy, living area featuring plush seating, skylights, an upper balcony, vaulted ceilings, and large windows accentuating the natural light and harbor views from almost every room.
From the Harborview patio, enjoy stunning sunsets from the hot tub while you savor a glass of local Santa Cruz wine. Use the gas BBQ or dine alfresco while lounging beneath the giant eucalyptus trees and colonies of blue herons. As evening sets in, enjoy views of passing boats and celestial skies through the panoramic windows.
The open, modern kitchen boasts high-end appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets with pantry storage, table seating, plus counter seating (including a side table in the living room for more guests). “Look-through” open space from the kitchen into the dining and living areas—all with harbor views—make this kitchen perfect for entertaining!
The bedrooms are extra inviting with TVs, soft linens, ample closet space, and private balcony access (from the primary) for even more majestic views. The themed children’s room is sure to make the little ones smile. Don’t forget the jetted tub in the main bath for ultimate spa-like relaxation. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
