Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Harbor Bell"! This vacation home condominium sleeps up to 4 guests.
Brand new to the Sanctuary Vacation Rentals program.
This completely updated condo is exactly where you want to be. Harbor Bell is located in a quiet 9-unit complex adjacent to Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor and walking distance to Twin Lakes State Beach, Seabright Beach and nearby restaurants. Experience the sounds and smells of the sea from your balcony that overlooks the harbor.
Living Space
There is a large flight of stairs leading to the front door but the 1,034 sf condo is all one level on the inside. Natural light floods the space and new wood-look vinyl flooring is both attractive and practical.
The open concept living area includes comfortable living room seating and a WIFI-enabled Smart TV with streaming apps. Guests should bring the logins for their own streaming subscription services for programming. (The fireplace is currently decorative only, not to be used for burning.)
Step through the sliding door to your own spacious balcony with seating to enjoy harbor and ocean views in the distance. Get ready for some beautiful sunsets.
Kitchen and dining.
The immaculate newly renovated kitchen has a long bar with seating, beautiful solid countertops and gleaming stainless steel appliances, and you have the option to step out onto the balcony to use the propane grill. The chef will enjoy a view of the harbor as well. And adjacent dining table in front of a harbor-facing window is perfect for enjoying meals at home or playing games together. When the 'chef' wants a night off, take a walk or short drive to many local eateries to experience local fare.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The full hall bath has a shower-over-tub combination.
The living room couch is a queen sofa-bed.
A stacked washer and dryer are located near the hall bathroom.
A shared patio space is located behind the building.
A single covered carport parking space is assigned to your unit; street parking is permitted and available on a first come, first served basis.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Dogs should not be allowed to bark excessively or be left in the condo alone.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
This vacation home is professionally managed by Sanctuary Vacation Rentals. With over 15 years of property management experience, Sanctuary strives to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!
