Burocracia na entrada, precisamos agilizar isto visto que todos chegam de viagem e loucos para entrar no quarto. Barulho alto no corredor de telefone das limpadoras do andar isso precisa ser revisto incomoda o hóspede. Sem vaga para estacionar visto que tinha evento no hotel, priorizar vagas aos clientes, acredito eu.
