Elegant, with an exclusive design and exquisite decoration, it has capacity for 2 people, a comfortable double bed, Smart TV, desk, monitor and 600mb fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. Located in the heart of the city centre, on Avenida Anaga, with all the necessary services around, close to the main points of interest of the capital.

This spectacular flat is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, with a perfectly distributed space with access to a cozy terrace with wonderful panoramic sea views, where you can have lunch and relax. The sleeping area has a double bed made up of two single beds that can be joined together or separated as needed. In addition, it has Smart TV, Internet Wifi Fiber 600mb, monitor and office desk, designed and fully adapted for teleworking.

Located in one of the most popular streets of the city characterized by its services and restaurants, but at the same time in a very quiet area, where you can walk to the main tourist attractions of the city. It also has a very good connection to the motorway, perfect to reach both the south and the north of the island.

The paintings that decorate the rooms are the work of the Canarian digital artist Carlos Bardeau @charls_drawing.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine, a beautiful terrace with views, Smart TV, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, lift, 600mb fibre WIFI internet, desk, monitor and much more.

Cozy apartment with magnificent view!

Ocean view is the main advantage of this apartment. But other aspects were perfect too. Thanks! If it possible, add a stove to the kitchen. But I know that there is no a lot of free space there)

Schönes Appartement, aber laut

Das Appartment ist schön renoviert, Küche inkl. Nespresso Maschine. Schöner Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Parkplatz gut zu finden. Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch/Bildschirm. Strand Las Teresitas gut zu erreichen, sowie das Anaga Gebirge. Jedoch ist die 4-spurige Strasse sehr laut, sowie die grossen Fähren im Hafen, die oft einfahren. Der Nachbar schaut sehr laut TV. Das fast Schlimmste ist ein Geruch nach faulen Eiern von draussen und im Toilettenschacht - sehr schade.

L'appartement est bien placé, c'est agréable d'aller en ville à pied, commerces à proximité. L'appartement est petit mais bien agencé. Par contre, l'endroit est assez bruyant, fenêtres fermées, ça va. Le moins agréable était une mauvaise odeur persistante, surtout dans la salle d'eau.

Precioso estudio con vistas al mar acondicionado para teletrabajar

He venido encantado de estos días en Santa Cruz, elegí súper bien este estudio, ya que buscaba algo confortable, bonito, preparado para el teletrabajo y de diseño exclusivo con vistas panorámicas al mar, aprovechando que iba a la isla. Cumplió y superó mis expectativas, además estaba en una calle de la capital con ambiente y restaurantes, pero se podía descansar a la perfección. La atención por parte del equipo de Home2Book fue sobresaliente también, ¡muchas gracias!
