River View is the perfect vacation home for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. You have access to Paradise Village Kids Cove and Lazy River just across the street. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort-style amenities, there will never be a dull moment during your stay at River View!

River View is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 8 bath home that comfortably sleeps 26 guests. Spend your days exploring the nearby National and State Parks, practicing your putt on one of the many golf courses, biking through the desert mountains, or never leave home! With Foosball, Ping pong, YouTube Tv, a private hot tub, spacious kitchen, and just across the street access to Kid's Cove at Paradise Village. Enjoy a cold/hot drink beverage on the observing deck while your kids play on the Foosball table upstairs or enjoy Paradise Village amenities. Spend your nights telling scary stories around the fire under the starry sky or soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub. Grab some peace in the comfort of your room, each with YouTube Live on the TVs and private bathrooms. House was good. Just a little worn and the lighting in the home is not great. Unfortunate that the ice machines were both not functioning. Kitchen was unorganized and some pans were dirty. Teenagers said the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved a lot. All other beds were quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a great location.

Great house and great location

Everything about the house was wonderful! Our family had a great, comfortable stay. The big pool is right across the street which the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Family get away 🎉

Well thought out, handled a group of 20 comfortably. Convenient to the pools and lazy river, adequate dining and fridges for such a large group. Plenty of games and activities to keep everyone busy. Lots of TVs, streaming was slow depending upon usage.

Fun family stay

Our family enjoyed the large house with lots of fun space and especially the swimming areas. We loved the long and late hours the pools were open. We had a group of 25, and we felt there was plenty of room. Check-in and check-out were effortless. We will stay here again.

Awesome stay!!

We loved staying here! It exceeded all of our expectations! It was perfect!! The location was perfect. We had all ages— infants to elderly and it was very accommodating. Loved having bathrooms in each bedroom.

Nice property!

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

Great for families

It was wonderful although would have been nice to have table ware for each person. We had to take turns using forks. I would have brought my own had we known there weren’t enough for even 1 meal for each of us. We rented a home for 24 and there were maybe 15 forks.
