"The room we got was terrible and dangerous they need safety guards to get down the stairs to the restroom. It’s not seniors citizens, kids or tipsy people friendly, it also had a strong musty odor that didn’t let me sleep. For more than a hundred dollars the night it was not worth the stay. We will never stay there again neither recommend it."

"Hay que tener. Cuidado porque pagué mi estancia en hoteles.com y al llegar me cobraron el 10% extra de lo que pagué por la reservación, nadie avisó eso"
"I would have had good things to say about this place if I had not been robbed whilst staying there. I understand that bubble tents cannot be locked but the hotel's assurance that it is entirely safe because it is in a secure compound is clearly false. (From a text message sent before arrival: "We are in a private area, with security provided by both the hotel and Valle de los Sanderos.")
I am not accusing hotel staff but someone entered my bubble, opened a bag, found cash that I had hidden, and took 1000 pesos. I informed staff at reception but the hotel did nothing but offer a late check out, which I did not need or want. No apology or even a drink from the bar. So, until they take the obvious step of installing safes in the bubbles, I suggest you either avoid this place or keep ALL valuables with you at all times.
Also, a check-in window of two hours (3-5pm) is absurd given the unusual nature of the hotel.
Note also that the restaurant closes at 5pm so you will need to take a taxi or uber into town if you want to eat later - it's about a 15 minute drive into town. "
"We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor. "
